We had a wonderful stay at Charmant 2 Pieces. Nadia, the host was very helpful, friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was ideal. Just a 5-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped. As the weather was exceptionally hot during our stay, we needed a fan for the bedroom, which Nadia kindly provided. The property is on the third floor with no lift but we quickly got used to the stairs and it was not a major issue for us. Nadia was also very flexible and kindly allowed us a late checkout before our flight, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, a great property in an excellent location with a very helpful and accommodating host. Highly recommended!

O apartamento fica no terceiro andar e não tem elevador, o que dificulta um pouco o acesso com malas grandes

The appartment was close to everything and we could see the Promenade des Anglais at the end of the street right when getting out. There are nice cafés just underneath to have breakfast and in our case to grab brunch. Despite the central location, it is very quiet and we were able to sleep full nights without any disturbance. We chose it for its location but also for the air conditioning which was powerful and worked perfectly to cool the whole appartment (the bedroom was a bit less cool but I was happy with it as we did not get sick from it that way). It is worth noting that on the day of arrival our flight got delayed and the owner waited for us past midnight to present the appartment and hand the keys with a smile. She had reassuring kind words along the delay via WhatsApp and stayed in contact with me during the stay to make sure all was going well. We also found the fridge stocked with cool beverages and appreciated it at arrival during this heat wave.

Overall the appartment is very good value for money. One thing that could be interesting for other renters is the size of the bed (not very big so tall people will have their feet dangling) but that is common in Europe and was not really a big deal for us. There is both a bed and a recliner sofa in the living room but we only used the bed still.
