It was very good but could be better

The apartment is comfortable and calm Its a very good location Covered parking inside the site The wifi router is fast

The beds and sofas are not comfortable The kitchen was missing a toaster The bathroom shower was bad because it needs glass walls or curtains so the water doesn’t go everywhere and in the sink and floor the water doesn’t go through the pipe The ventilation had lots of dust

Pessima esperienza

Vicinanza a Disneyland

Abbiamo trovato l’appartamento in pessime condizioni. Lenzuola macchiate, capelli, peli, asciugamani bucati e macchiati ed anche un chiodo nel letto. Briciole dovunque e poca pulizia in generale. Ho fatto presente la situazione, mi è stato offerto un rimborso completo che non è mai arrivato (dopo vari solleciti in cui mi veniva confermato che lo stesso era già stato emesso). Sono riuscita ad ottenere solo un rimborso parziale contattando direttamente Booking, e sinceramente la presa in giro vale di più del rimborso stesso. Pessimo tutto.

El propietario ha sido muy desagradable con nosotros. Dice que hemos dejado el apartamento muy sucio y que además hemos roto varias cosas. No es así. Dice que hemos roto el radiador, cuando entramos ya estaba roto. Lo mismo con el extractor del baño, cayó porque estaba suelto/roto y se nota que está sin reparar por su parte desde hace tiempo. Había además zonas del suelo donde había pintura blanca seca, y decía que era algo nuestro, increíble! Había galletas debajo del sofá, el sofá sucio, los botes de gel y champú vacíos y el jabón de manos no era jabón, si no agua. Solo había 2 cucharillas y nosotros éramos 4, la vajilla bastante estropeada, debieran de renovarla. Las patas de la mesa de centro del salón medio sueltas. En general se ve dejadez en el apartamento, falta de mantenimiento y Cariño. Desde luego no está de acuerdo a la puntuación que tiene y lo peor es que el dueño quiere sacar más beneficio achacando a los huéspedes que la falta de limpieza y mantenimiento es del propio huésped y quiere cobrarnos 200 euros extra porque por la mañana no nos dio tiempo a limpiar la vajilla del desayuno!!!!! No reservar en este apartamento!!!

La scarsa igiene , non abbiamo trovato il secondo letto pronto e all’una di notte abbiamo dovuto prepararlo e non c’erano le lenzuola ma solo il copri materasso per un divano letto e i cuscini puzzavano

Location Top! Wohnung Flop!

Location

um ins Wohnung Gebäude rein zu kommen kämpft man mit drei verschiedenen mit Code verschlossenen Türen. Um mit dem Auto ins Hof rein zu fahren muss man zum erst ins Apartment Türe schaffen wo sich mit eine vierte Code eine Box öffnet , dort befinden sich die Fernbedienung für die Garage Tor und die Apartment Schlüssel ! beim 42 grad draussen und mit kleine Kind die auf der Strasse warten müsste bis ich dass ganze nach halbe Stunde geschafft habe! Im Wohnung wartete die nächste Überraschung…extrem dreckige Teppich im Wohnzimmer, schlechte , stinkende Luft und ungefähr 50 Grad!!!! ins Badezimmer war die Waschmaschine am laufen mit Gott weiss was drin! Übrigens die Wäsche sind während unserem ganzen Aufenthalt dort geblieben! drei Tage lang! Erst nach 5 mal anrufen auf die angegebene Nummer hat jemand abgenommen und uns gesagt das wir nur SMS schreiben sollen! Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und beim unseren bitte nach eine Ventilator wurde uns gesagt…Sorry wir waren nicht vorbereitet für diese Hitze, machen sie die Fenster zu mir den stinkenden Luft drin! Ausserdem wurde uns gesagt das es in Wohnung eine Staubsauger gibt , so zu sagen putzt selbst schon bei Ankunft! Bushaltestelle ist paar Meter entfernt aber das Bus nach Disneyland ist gar nicht gekommen!

L’insonorisation ! La porte palière ne sert qu’à ne pas être vu à l’intérieur de l’habitation. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir.
