Throughout my travels, I have never encountered such a frustrating experience. The staff were very arrogant.

The place is extremely cluttered with too many properties, leaving little to no space and no parking options.

I initially chose this apartment because it advertised an online parking space, which was a key factor in my decision. However, when I arrived at the hotel residence, I was informed that I wasn’t allowed to park inside the compound and had to park outside instead. My car is quite wide, making it difficult to fit into the outside parking area. As a result, I had to place one of my tires on the walkway to get my car into the parking space.

Our stay was so comfortable and was a pleasure staying there and would definitely stay there again.

The location was perfect with only one stop on the bus to Disneyland Paris and three minute walk to a local supermarket, also at the top of the road was a Chinese buffet restaurant. In the apartment they left a small welcome pack of few coffee capsules few hot chocolate capsules few tea bags and a few biscuits.

There was nothing that we didn't like with this apartment.

Perfect for the Disney family getaway we had

Very convenient set up, easy self check in, great shower, in a very pretty part of the town, close to shops/restaurants & 25 minutes direct walking route to the Disney parks

I always give good words but this time was a disappoinment.

The location is good. Close to Disneyland (with bus) and supermarkets. The apartment have what you need. We have lived here before and then we were happy about it but this time there was bedbugs. 😫

We have rent this place before and all was good. This time there was bedbugs in both rooms and on the new towels in the bathroom. We got bitten during the nights and the owner acted surprised about our discovery and didn't apologize... Afterwards we saw in the comments here that the bed bugs had been a problem for guests before us aswell. When we came home we had to freeze/wash clothes very hot/ steem things we had with us for 2 weeks before we could relax. So the vacation went from the relaxing time it was suppose to be to a lot of work. I don't wish anyone to have this experience. It's hard to sleep when you know you are sharing the bed with bedbugs... This was such a disappointment because the first time we rent this place it was very good.

Super location!

Lovely accommodation, presented beautifully. Excellent location with a supermarket close by and a direct bus route to Disneyland, which was the reason we were staying. We liked the information booklet that was provided by an email link, showing us how to access the premises and the apartment. Perfect for families wanting to visit this nearby attraction. We were grateful of the fans due to the hot weather too! On the one occasion we had a problem, someone picked up the phone and it was soon resolved. We would definitely book to stay here again. It suited our family and our travel needs so thank you!

The mattress topper for the sofa bed was a little dirty and covered in bits. The other thing that concerned us was the entry to the property. We could only figure out one way to access the apartment and we were concerned that if both of our phones' batteries had died, we may not have got in. One night, we couldn't get in and it was quite a worrying moment. After trying several times, we somehow got in but we discovered the WiFi had disconnected and this may have been the problem with us gaining access. There may have been a physical key but we didn't know how to access it. This would have be reassuring and would have given us peace of mind.

Ok. Great location to get to Disneyland but very inhospitable host.

Location was good, size of apartment was good, facilities for cooking were good.

Very dusty, including cobwebs on the walls and pictures on walls. Owner was very grumpy when I rang her on check in evening to tell her I couldn’t find the main gate and entrance door password on the app. It wasn’t very clearly signposted. She wasn’t very helpful but after some persistence she explained where I could find it. Tv wasn’t working so she immediately blamed us for that. Started working after a little while. Dingy corridor to walk through but apartment was fine inside overall.

Close proximity to Disneyland.

1. No AC. The weather is very hot during the summer. The host’s alibi was that it is rare to find AC in France which is not true. I’ve been at places elsewhere and they do provide air conditioning wither ceiling or a separate small air conditioner. 2. The overall condition of the room was fair. The small storage room next to the toilet was stuffed with old equipment and dirty mattresses. 3. We requested a babycot. The one provided by the host was broken and after checkout they blamed us for breaking it and are asking for a damage fee. 4. The building entrance is not in a good condition. The elevator has inappropriate non-family friendly engravings of genitalia on the inner wall. 5. Late check-in (04:00 PM) and early checkout (10:00 AM).

The location.

The state of the apartment felt like someone had been living there until an hour before we arrived and had then gone quickly. The wardrobe was full with an odd chair and vacuum cleaners. The shower was grubby and mouldy and the coffee table was badly stained. The whole apartment was generally poorly maintained. We also had to continually chase up the key code to get in on arrival.

De code die we via booking verkregen bleek niet de code te zijn voor de deur ... na veel vijven en zessen ... kwamen we bij een hele kleine instructie uit die nog allerlei gegevens van ons vereiste, maar het systeem laadde het niet op ... we zijn doodmoe op zoek gegaan naar een andere accomodatie ...

Sitio perfecto para ir a Disney y a Paris.

Alojamiento perfecto para pasar unos dias en Disneyland Paris. Está ubicado a unos 5 minutos en coche del parque, con transporte público cerca así como supermercado o bolangerie. La finca es muy tranquila, confortable y con vistas agradables. El apartamento tiene todo lo básico para pasar unos dias.

Para poner algo negativo, el acceso y la comunicación es mediante una pagina web donde hay las instrucciones de todo. Tambien hay un chat de conversación, donde contestan bastante rápido.

Mal no dejar el mando del aparcamiento

La distancia de Disneyland está bien

Somos una familia de 4 integrantes,viajamos en avión,pero cogimos un coche de alquiler y cuando llegamos al apartamento no habían como abrí la puerta del aparcamiento la pasamos muy mal,pedí ayuda al número que me sale en el contrato del apartamento y no me resolvió nada,en principio si uno viaje en avión no quiere decir que al llegar al lugar de destino no puedes coger un coche de alquiler,si o si tenían que dejarme el manda de la puerta del aparcamiento que es ahí mismo en el apartamento,no había nada extraño,en fin muy mal,espero que esto no le pase a nadie,sugerencia siempre tienen que dejar el mando de la puerta de aparcamiento porque siempre surgen cambios y más cuando se andamos bebe

No se puede confiar en el anfitrión

El apartamento contaba con parking privado, y el anfitrión olvidó dejar las llaves. Indicaba como cogerlas en todas las comunicaciones que me había enviado previamente, incluso con fotos. Al llamarle diciendo que teníamos el coche dentro (entramos al parking con otro vecino), y que no podíamos salir porque él había olvidado dejarnos las llaves nos dejó tirados. Mintió diciendo que no entraba, que teníamos que aparcar fuera. Tuve que suplicar a los vecinos, gritando desde afuera que alguien nos abriera para poder salir... un infierno. No se lo deseo a nadie.

Bon séjour passer

L'emplacement n'est pas loin d'un supermarché pour dépanner malgré que les prix des produits sont plus chers qu'en temps normal. Il y a quelques restaurants à proximité. Un arrêt de bus (2,50€ par personne ) pas loin de la location pour aller à Disney en 10minutes. Le propriétaire est une gentille personne et disponible quand on a besoin de renseignements. Merci beaucoup pour tout.

La machine a café ne marchait pas. La porte de la chambre grinçait.
