Lovely apartment 🥰

The apartment was fabulous....in a great location, convenient to the bus stop, 10minutes journey from Disneyland Paris. A great supermarket close by. The apartment was clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped and lovely clean bathroom with a great shower. The neighbourhood was very clean and some lovely restaurants nearby. We would highly recommend the apartment.

Great stay

It definitely was a very enjoyable stay.Apartment was very comfortable and clean, it had all we needed and it's location is just awesome. Just a few minutes away from a bus stop( we were in Disneyland in 5 minutes),shopping center and restaurants.I would recommend it especially for families with children.Definitely would choose it again :-)

Family disney getaway

The location is very convenient..big grocery is at the side and a buffet resto is also in the vicinity.The apartment is spotless clean and modern with all the necessary things you need the bed is comfy with a very crispy white linens...very close to Disney less than 10mins ride by Bolt taxi or there is a bus stop outside.Very convenient for you family holiday

It was really good stay, very good location

It fits 6 people so it is really good for family. We liked that it is closed to Disneyland as well but I think if you are planning to see more of Paris attractions then it is pretty far. But if it is just for Disneyland then it is only 10mins by bus. Bus is just on the other side of the building. We liked that there are also grocery store and bakery in other side of the road. We also like the terrace and be able to chill outside, in the sun.

The sofa bed cover were not changed and had stains of blood or chocolate or we don’t know. But it seems it was not changed for very long time. A bit dirty under the sofa as well.

A good place to stay for a few days with perfect location

The location was perfect as it was close to Disneyland.

The dishwasher was a bit dirty. The bed sheets kept moving/sliding off with every movement. I was not able to find the garbage container to remove the trash from the apartment. There was a description that said it was in the garage (Floor -1) but I walked everywhere and even searched the entire building and couldn’t find it.

Great apartment

The apartment is lovley and spacey, decorated nice, beds were really comfy and was warm in there aswell. Nice to have the balcony and the shops so close. Literally 8mins from Disney I would stay here again.

The door lock worried us a bit as once your in the apartment your pretty much locked in wich is quite dangerous it took us about 5/6 goes keep pushing the button for it to finally unlock when we wanted to leave.

Nice quiet safe apartment.

Nice apartment. Clean, quiet and had everything you’d need. Car parking in secure basement, had bikes on car so was very safe. Good communication from host. Supermarket and boulangerie just across the road. Bus 34 just outside runs every 30 mins and takes to Eurodisney and train station. With a family a lot better than staying in a hotel.

Do not trap yourself and destroy your holiday by saving some money by choosing this apartment.

The location of the apartment. Lot of service is around, such as supermark, and pharmacy. There was no smoking smell at all. The price was reasonable.

The bed was a disaster; it was not comfortable at all. The electricity capacity was minimal. It was a bit cold, so we could not increase the apartment's heat or turn the kettle on to make a cup of tea. We had to turn the heater off first then turn the kettle on. The twoels condidtion was bad. There were no utility services, such as hand soap and shower gel. The landlord never showed up when we needed help when the electricity turned off. There was no bin (outside) in the apartment. It was challenging to locate the apartment, and when we contacted the landlord, he just used a message to guide us. There is a contact list for an emergency, but they never picked the call up. I have a concern about the apartment hygiene, as I had skin rash after three days when we checked out from the apartment after staying one horrible week. The picture in the booking is different than what we found. The safety of the apartment is Zero; believe it or not, there is no fire alarm, even there is no fire extinguisher.

Molto pulita, vicinissima (con l’auto) a disneyland Paris.

Ci avrebbe fatto piacere trovare delle bottiglie d’acqua e qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più all’arrivo. Un Po fastidioso il fatto di dover pagare 500€ di cauzione.. a mio parere un po troppi … (che ovviamente al termine del soggiorno, avendo lasciato tutto pulito e in perfette condizioni, ci sono stati ritornati).

Apartamentul este situat intr-o zona (suburbie) linistita a Parisului ( in jur de 20 de statii de metrou fata de gara Lyon). Este un apartament dragut, dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie pt un sejur de cateva zile si foarte aproape de statia de autobuz care te duce la Disney. In imediata vecinatate ai si un market aprovizionat cu orice, de la amintiri cu Parisul pana la mancare gatita. Mi-a placut ( desi initial nu am inteles foarte bine pe cina am sunat, eu sperand sa dau de cineva care detine apartamentul, dar am dat peste un domn, Nabil) ca sunand la unul din numerele de telefon de pe boooking, am fost ajutasti de un partener ( taxi driver), care a venit si a ridicat bagajele din fata de la Disney( ora 11:00) si s-a intors dupa noi , undeva in jurul orei 21:00 , mergand astfel direct la cazare.( contracost, normal),

Faptul ca dupa ora 22:00 nu puteai lua legatura cu cineva din staff ( procedura de check in facandu-se pana in ora 22 cu asistenta, dupa...erai la risc),

La posizione rispetto a Parigi e Disney land e la fermata. Bella la zona in cui è situata.

I mobili (molti dell’ikea) si presentano rotti (es. gli sportelli sotto la tv sono rotti, la doccia non era fissata bene, ed era gradita una bottiglia di acqua all’arrivo. La pulizia della cucina e del tavolo può essere migliorata.

Die Lage ist gut, das Appartement ist nicht zu empfehlen

Das Appartement sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus und ist ok ausgestattet. Leider ist es aber in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Betten sind total durchgelegen, man schläft auf einem Plastik-Matratzenschoner / Bettlaken, das leider verrutscht und einen Blick ok auf die Matratze freigibt. Die Nachtische sind zermackt, die Dusche stinkt und die Duschstange ist locker, ein Fenster ist kaputt, ein Kissenbezug war schmutzig, die Waschmaschine hat Schimmelspuren, ein raffstore geht nicht ganz runter und das Licht der Straßen Laternen scheint einem nachts ins Gesicht, etc… wir waren als Familie in dem Appartement und würden es keinesfalls wieder buchen, wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt.

In Ordnung

Die Wohnung ist absolut ausreichend vom der Ausstattung und Größe. Sehr gute Lage. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein Supermarkt und eine Bushaltestelle. Von da aus ist man in ca. 10 min mit dem Bus im Disneyland. Zur Unterkunft gehört auch ein Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage.

Die Vermieter der Wohnung haben gar nicht auf Anfragen durch den Kundenservice reagiert und auch im direkten Kontakt waren die Vermieter sehr unzuverlässig. Telefonisch hat man keinen erreicht. Vor Reisebeginn muss man online seine Daten, Perso und Kreditkarten Informationen angeben. Darüber wird dann eine 500€ Kaution eingezogen. Nur dann bekommt man die Codes für die Türen. Außerdem hätte die Wohnung sauberer sein können.
