Affordable, comfortable and would 100% recommend to others

I was so sceptical about this place because it claimed to be 7/9 mins from the Disney parks, yet it was a fraction of the price of the Disney hotels. I was worried it was too good to be true. Not only was it exactly 7/9 mins from the parks, but the property was exactly as described. The pictures are a true representation of where we got to stay. It was so nice to be able to do Disney, but then come back to a home from home that had separate bedrooms, a fully functioning kitchen, a front room to chill out in, and a terrace to use, should we need it. The owner of the property made it super easy for us too. He met us on arrival to let us in. Showed us how everything worked, then wished us well and let us get on with our stay. It’s definitely a gem of a find. If I ever come to Disney Paris again, I will happily rebook Marvel House. 💯

Everything about the house was perfect, the location 👌 was excellent, it is located in the centre of town easy access to everywhere for example supermarket, shopping centre and Disneyland what interested me most is the private car park.. I will always book it unless it's not available.

I didn't like the fact that there is no washing machine in the property. Imagine someone with children is spending more than 5 days, you expect the family to go to the public laundry. Secondly, there is no extra bedding to change the bed sheet.

Good stay. Good location great for getting head down after long park days but is looking tired

The Property was well situated to Disney a short Bolt ride or car drive you and were at Disneyland Paris in no time. It is a quiet area and the off road parking made it ideal for a younger family. On arrival we were greeted by the owner who showed us around, on first glance the property looked lovely

Once settling in we started to notice the cleanliness of the property wasn’t the best. The pillows were all disjointed. My daughter had a contact lenses in her bed sheet and the whole building looks like it needs some TLC as the finish is certainly not premium as shown in the pictures. It is looking a little tired, which is not surprise as the location and price is fantastic. We did check in early 2pm - but this still would have left a good 3 hrs for a good clean from the last checkout at 11.

Good deal in Disneyland

Great little house close to Disneyland, about 7 min. by Uber costing around 10-14 euros, depending on the demand. Definitely worth the price, after a long day in the parks, the place is far enough to rest and relax away from the busy Disney area. You have everything around, restaurants, supermarket, you get around well with no car. Very well served kitchen, it was all very clean. Private taxi from Orly airport took 45 minutes for 60€, with kids it’s worth it.

We requested a cot for our 2 year old, which was provided. But it was not assembled neither had bedding for it so we had to improvise. The mattresses in the two beds bedroom are very uncomfortable, would be nice to renovate. We went on a weekend of 35 degrees every day, and it was very hot inside the house, hard to sleep, no fans or air conditioning provided. It would be nice to have more toilet papers and detergent to wash the dishes, basic stuff that you end up buying and leaving behind for a short 3 night stay. Details that could make the difference but overall we really enjoyed this place and I’d book again. :)

Highly recommended apartment in great location

Absolutely fantastic location with plenty playgrounds, restaurants, grocery in walking distance. Also frequent and short bus trips to the park and back. Clean, well equipped, cosy apartment with private parking. Highly recommended :)

Ein schöner Aufenthalt mit super Lage und sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut. In 3 Minuten ist man an einer Bushaltestelle und fährt von das aus für 2 € in ca. 20 min (je nach Bus)zum Disneyland. Von da aus gelangt man auch relativ zügig (ca. nochmal 40 min) mit dem Zug direkt nach Paris. Supermarkt und Bäckerei sind fußläufig auch in 10 Min. zu erreichen. Gastgeber ist freundlich ,die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet.

Den Wasserkocher konnte man nicht benutzen ,da er völlig verkalkt war.Auch war das Geschirr/Töpfe teilweise schmutzig/verkalkt. Aber das kann man sauber machen, daher für uns nur ein kleiner Minuspunkt.

Lite jeg skriver anmeldelser for det må være mye som må være bra før det skrives som nå som jeg velger å skrive om et godt sted og opphold. Hvordan en blir tatt i mot og informert og ikke minst blid utleier og utrolig greit å ha med å gjøre.

Een fijn verblijf op een super locatie.

De ligging naast het park was super in een rustig dorpje met een bakker en wat eetgelegenheden.

Het enige minpunt was het bed in de master, erg krakerig en vrij klein voor twee personen. Dit kwam al terug in wat reviews, geen ramp maar zeker verbetering mogelijk.

Le confort de la maison était incroyable. Une maison confortable et très bien localisée. Réfrigérateur, bonne douche et très bon four.

Critique constructive...Je pense qu'ils devraient faire de la nettoyage une priorité. Beaucoup de toiles d'araignées et de poussière sur les sols. Ce serait bien aussi d'avoir un sac poubelle supplémentaire. Mais à part cela, je reviendrais de toute façon et je l'ai déjà recommandé à des amis.

Goeie plek om Disneyland te bezoeken

Locatie. Dichtbij de bus, 15 min naar Disneyland. Bakkertje en kleine supermarkt om de hoek.

On reste quand même sur une note positive, puisque l’appartement est quand même vraiment sympa et bien placé

Appartement très joli, 1ere impression positive en entrant. Par contre, je ne comprend pas pourquoi il s’appelle Marvel House puisque rien ne fait penser à Marvel dedans.

Il faudrait faire un petit effort sur la propreté puisque la poubelle à notre arrivée n’était pas vidée la bouilloire est inutilisable car pleine de morceaux de tarte à l’intérieur, l’éponge à notre disposition a vécu la guerre et le tiroir à couvert, n’était pas très propre à l’intérieur, donc ça donne pas trop envie d’utiliser les couverts Voilà un petit effort à faire au niveau de la cuisine. Sinon le reste de l’appartement était propre.

Tolles Erlebnis.

Sehr sauber und alles modern und ansprechend eingerichtet.Betten waren bezogen und sauber.Schöner Außenbereich mit einer gemütlichen Terrasse.Küche gut ausgestattet und auch das Badezimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet. Parkmöglichkeit im eingegrenzten und geschlossenen Gelände.Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend und höflich.Knapp 3km vom Disneyland entfernt.
