We were very disappointed with this accommodation. It was 3 °C outside and the heating didn’t work at all. The owner was aware of the issue but did nothing to fix it. Additionally, there was no hot water in the shower. On top of that, the key was not in the place indicated—we had to wait, call the owner, and figure out the new location ourselves. A very uncomfortable experience—avoid this place.

Heating system wasn't working in two bedrooms, there was only one powder room (toilet) and 2 showers rooms so there advertisement of 2 bathrooms is incorrect. They were not answering the phone initially and they didn't mentioned the unit number in their communication. we don't know the unit number and no body answer on phone, luckily we got help from someone local and he called on the given number which were picked up immediately. Then host disconnected his call and picked up our international call and told us the unit number. The key box wasn't there (broken) so we had to call him. Couple of times to find the key. Anyway a bad experience we faced with children...

It's ok, we managed but nothing great

Many, not much my expectations as your instructions, found the key under the door mat, instructions a key box with a code (not informed) we spent two hours for go into the property (no answer phone)(took a photo for reference), parking our primary request for a guaranteed parking space was not met, the designated space no 173 was occupied by another vehicle (I took a photo for reference, 3 different days) we ultimately had to park on the outside street, not easy finding a space, some days park our car far away from our property,as two member of our group very difficult to walk, I wandered this parking space need a key for using, how they given key for someone else as well? Rooms are poorly lighting, couple of other minor maintenance issues

It was clean. Rooms were fresh. Beds were comfortable.

We were 7 of us. There was only one toilet. Only one coffee mug! Shower support was broken in both bathrooms. Curtain rods were broken. No hand wash in toilet. Mould in shower room! No one to receive us. Difficult to find the apartment. No kne to help. Iron was stained. Our allocated car space was taken by someone else! We had to park on the street. Our gate key did not have a battery! We could not enter the car park at night.

Impossible de répondre à cette question. Cet établissement est concentré de malentendus. J'ai préféré aller dormir à l'hôtel que d'y séjourner.

Le clos et l'appartement ressemblent davantage à des logements sociaux qu'a des logements indiqués pour l'hébergement d'hôtes. Accueil 18h, malgré cela le gérant annonce 45 minutes de retard, et une caution de 400 euros. On se demande pourquoi. Bref, j'ai préféré mettre un terme à ce simulacre. 306 euros perdus pour rien.

Apartamento grande e abriga muito bem de 8 a 9 pessoas. Está cerca de 5 min de carro da Disney. Restaurantes, padarias e mercado próximo.

Chegamos por volta da meia noite e no local não encontramos a chave. De acordo com com as informações, deveriam estar numa caixa com código e para nossa surpresa, nem a caixa existia. Ficamos na rua com uma criança pequena por volta de 40 min. Mandamos mensagem, ligamos porém não tivemos retorno. Por sorte, um vizinho que entrava nos ajudou e encontrou a chave em um local totalmente diferente e escondida. A vaga de garagem estava ocupada, mas não tivemos problema já que não a utilizaríamos. Apesar de ter vários lavabos, o apartamento só possui um banheiro, que fica no primeiro andar. O banheiro do meu quarto tinha um odor muito forte e desagradável. Acreditamos que vinha do ralo. O anfitrião deveria mandar informações de acesso atualizadas.

Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue muy decepcionante desde el primer momento. A nuestra llegada por la noche, siguiendo todas las instrucciones enviadas por el anfitrión, no había ninguna caja de llaves en el lugar indicado (y ya nos había costado obtener la información de dónde supuestamente estaban las llaves). Como resultado, estuvimos casi una hora en la intemperie, con temperaturas heladas y con un niño pequeño que empezó a tener fiebre, intentando contactar con el anfitrión sin éxito. Finalmente conseguimos acceder, pero fue una situación totalmente evitable y muy estresante. Una vez dentro, empezaron más problemas: - La calefacción no funcionaba correctamente, haciendo que la casa estuviera muy fría en pleno noviembre. Con las habitaciones de 8 a 9 grados. - La alarma de humos sonó cuatro veces durante la noche, sin motivo alguno, interrumpiendo el descanso de todos. - Cuando pedimos sábanas de recambio porque nuestro hijo se puso enfermo, la respuesta del anfitrión fue que fuéramos a comprarlas a un supermercado, algo totalmente inaceptable en un alojamiento que se anuncia como profesional. A pesar de informar rápidamente de todos estos fallos, las soluciones ofrecidas fueron insuficientes o inexistentes, y ninguno de los problemas urgentes (calefacción, alarma, ropa de cama) se solucionó de forma adecuada durante nuestra estancia. Contratamos este alojamiento para disfrutar de unos días tranquilos cerca de Disneyland, pero debido a las condiciones del alojamiento y al frío, nuestro hijo se puso enfermo y finalmente tuvimos que cancelar nuestra visita para el sábado, lo cual fue una gran decepción para toda la familia. En resumen, no recomendaría este alojamiento: la comunicación es tardía, las instrucciones no se corresponden con la realidad, el equipamiento básico no funciona correctamente y el nivel de atención ante incidencias graves es muy pobre. Ha sido una experiencia muy lejos de lo esperado.
