Cosy apartment but lots of downfalls

Nice, clean and local to the bus stop to Disney

Kept getting nasty messages from the owner re noise we wasnt making, made us feel very uncomfortable. Room temp is set to 19 degrees so radiators wouldn’t come on. Has to sit with a quilt to keep warm. Residents had a party til 3am and when we complained we were told we had to suffer as there was nothing they could do as the noise was from the residents that lived there.

Enjoyable time in fabulous accommodation.

Apartment was well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfy.

I wasn't aware it was on 2nd floor and stairs were triangular in shape. Difficult for 2 young children and my husband who is severely sight impaired to manage. Instructions on access were unclear, and I had to find an available neighbour to translate instructions and assist us gaining access. On checkout it was requested we take trash out- but no instructions on where to put it. Ie where were the bins?

Excellent stay

A very beautiful apartment. Communication was excellent and entry was organised via access codes, no keys and no need to meet hosts. Very quiet apartment and soundproofing from neighbours was very good - we couldn't hear them. Comfortable beds and living areas. Only 8 min drive from Disneyland. There were always parking spaces available outside on the residential road.

Instructions on how to find bins could have been clearer. Would have liked a couple of small things extra - a microwave in the kitchen, coasters for drinks, a baking sheet for the oven, and firmer pillows. But overall, it was exceptional.
