Good apartment if you are going to Disneyland and just want somewhere to sleep
Location, convenience of private parking, lift, towels provided, shower. The host was very helpful and let us check in earlier to leave the bags in the appartment, which was very much appreciated. Easy bus 10min away from the Disneyland park. Supermarket and bakery around the corner.
The hosts needs to fix a few things in the property to make it excellent. The bathroom was very modern but the shower was blocked, so when having a shower you needed to be careful otherwise water was going out to the floor.
One of the doors of the main cupboard in the entrance was broken and full of stuff, so no place to leave the bags or to put the clothes, as both cupboard where full already.
There was no big knife in the kitchen, which for us was bad as we were preparing sandwiches to go to the park every day, so we needed to buy one.
Apart from these few hiccups, the apartment met the expectations.

Acceptable
Fairly ok for a family of 4, and as a bonus, it is very close (walking distance) from the bus stop for the bus shuttle service for Disneyland. Also, there is a grocery shop just around the corner, and a great Asian restaurant nearby.
Unfortunately, despite the close communication I had with the owner prior to our trip, and also on the day of the trip, the information sent by the owner in regards to the access to the apartment was incomplete, which caused delay and was very stressful (eventually, some kind neighbours guided us to the possible location using the owner's first name, as we didn't know the floor and flat number, and the owner stopped answering our messages!). It's definitely not ideal after a long day of travelling with young children.
Besides that, once inside the flat, we found that the floors had not been cleaned (dusty and sticky), there was dirty cutlery in the drawer, stale mouldy water in the kettle, the mattress was dirty and had a lot of hair on, and the toilet was very dirty. We had to clean around before using things.
To top it up, the night before we were supposed to leave the apartment, the owner sent us a list of tasks that we were required to take care of, which included stripping the beds! The owner mentioned on multiple occasions that they had a cleaner, who was supposed to clean and prepare the apartment before the next guests' arrival (11am-4pm), so I don't understand why it was our job to take care of the bedding?!
We stayed for 5 nights and there was only one bin liner available, so we had to buy a roll of 20 bin liners, along with hand soap (the soap provided was a tiny bit in a bottle and that was watered down) and dish towels (only one provided). The crockery was basic and nowhere near enough for 4 people (only 4 plates and 4 small bowls) - I had to constantly wash dishes during breakfast and dinner time, when we had more than one course.
The owner really needs to update the information provided on the website and also to ensure that the pre-written message that he sends out to the people renting the flat is updated and complete. Also, he might need to check if the cleaner is actually doing their job.

Everything worked, and there was plenty of hot water and towels and bed linen for all of us for our stay.
Struggled a little with the remote key retrieval system when we arrived, but maybe that was just me.

Very responsive host, nice clean apartment and very clear instructions of how to get in etc, perfect location close to Disney and Santa Fe hotel where we also stayed, we ate at an excellent Asian buffet right by the apartment which had fresh dishes from cambodia and other south East Asian countries, perfect dinner for a hungry family. Easy to take Ubers etc to Disney.

Cerca de Disney, pero en malas condiciones
Elegimos este alojamiento principalmente por su ubicación, ya que nuestro objetivo era visitar Disney y buscábamos algo cercano y práctico para poder desplazarnos fácilmente y descansar después de jornadas largas en el parque. En ese sentido, la localización es cómoda y el acceso al apartamento fue sencillo. El tamaño del espacio también es suficiente para varias personas y, a primera vista, parecía adecuado para una estancia corta.
Lamentablemente, nuestra experiencia fue muy negativa debido principalmente al estado de la cama y de la ropa de descanso, algo que considero básico e imprescindible en cualquier alojamiento.
El colchón presentaba múltiples manchas amarillentas y marrones muy visibles, extendidas por distintas zonas. No parecían manchas recientes, sino suciedad antigua o humedad acumulada. El aspecto general transmitía claramente falta de higiene y mantenimiento. Sinceramente, no resultaba apropiado ni agradable dormir sobre un colchón en esas condiciones.
Las almohadas estaban muy desgastadas, deformadas y sin firmeza, sin ofrecer ningún tipo de soporte para el cuello, lo que las hacía muy incómodas. Además, las sábanas y colchas se veían antiguas y muy usadas, con tejidos gastados y poco cuidados, más propios de ropa de cama reutilizada durante mucho tiempo que de un alojamiento preparado para huéspedes.
Después de pasar todo el día caminando en Disney, nuestro descanso era fundamental, y precisamente por eso habíamos escogido este apartamento. Sin embargo, debido al estado del colchón y la ropa de cama, no pudimos utilizar la cama y tuvimos que dormir en el sofá, lo que afectó considerablemente a nuestro descanso y a la experiencia general del viaje.
Consideramos que la limpieza y el mantenimiento de estos elementos no cumplen unos estándares mínimos de higiene y confort. Creemos que deberían revisarse y renovarse con urgencia para evitar que otros huéspedes pasen por la misma situación.

La ubicación es excelente para llegar a los parques de Disney. Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba calefaccionada y muy limpia. El anfitrión se mantuvo en contacto todo el tiempo y fue muy amable.
Las almohadas era incómodas y nos hubiera gustado contar con mantas extra para poder bajar la temperatura de la calefacción.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia y está muy limpio, un detallazo el café! El propietario muy atento en todo momento con muy buena información. La ubicación es perfecta para ir a Disney, la parada de autobús está al lado y se tardan unos minutos en llegar. Muy buena experiencia.
