Located approximately 4 minutes on foot from JR Saikyo Line KitaAkabane Station, with easy access to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. Situated in a very quiet residential area, there are large supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and drugstores in the vicinity, ensuring that all essential items are readily available.
With many local residents around, you can truly enjoy the local flavors.
The room consists of two rooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a bedroom.
The tatami room exudes a very traditional Japanese atmosphere.There is a separate shower room, toilet, and washbasin.

With the JR Pass, you can access anywhere on the main JR stations. It is especially convenient to reach Ikebukuro Station, Shinjuku Station, and Shibuya Station without any transfers. It is easily accessible to Tokyo and Saitama areas.

Overall I can say it was worth the price. The Communication with Katsuo-san was perfect and he was perfectly nice. The Apartment itself was clean and just fitted our purposes - though it could need some maintenance. Here and there are small damages (like the handle of the fridge was broken off and some smaller stuff). As we've been asked to be silent at evening and night, we were, but our Neighbours didn't seemed to care at all. Nonetheless, an overall good experience, and the price was just right, too. Everything was reachable in a reasonable time - and for us, it was (almost) perfect. :-)

Property was clean. The owner answered my questions quickly. Recommend this place to stay as it is in a quiet suburban area that has easy access (5 minute walk) to a train line to the main stations. There is a laudromat, convenience store, and several restaurants close to location.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights. It's located outside of busy Tokyo areas in a quiet neighborhood. The room was clean. The host was very communicative and gave very clear instructions on how to get to the apartment.
