This fabulous townhouse is new to the short-term rental market and it's in an Epic location right in the very centre of Derry city. It's just a few yards from the famous Waterloo Street and all the award-winning bars and restaurants. It is adjacent to the iconic Bogside and a short stroll to the Millennium Forum, making it an excellent stopover for visiting all this bustling city has to offer. It's newly refurbished to a high standard with uber comfy mattresses and cotton linen for a restful night's sleep.

We loved it. Well appointed. Very comfortable bedding. Multiple sleeping options. Three separate bedrooms. The kitchen was surprisingly large for an Irish apartment. Very quiet. We did not have any problems during the stay. Everything was as expected. Only one bath but it worked for us and was in good working order. Washing machine but no dryer so plan accordingly so that the laundry can hang on the drying rack for at least a full day. It was steps from everything. We loved it.

This is a great place I'd bringing minimal luggage. Very difficult getting large luggage up the many stairs. As we were out and about the place was perfect with the three bedrooms. Rooms were very warm even after turning off heaters and opening windows. Be prepared if hot sleeper. Must bring someone tall along if using shower and putting on fan. But more explanation needed on how to use shower for those of us from the US. Host was very accommodating and helpful as we had separate arrivals due to flight cancellations. Highly recommend!

Great location close to all the main attraction’s which was nice and very easy to walk to. I was not happy with the communication or cleanliness. We tried for months to directly contact host via message or through VRBO and had no luck. I also felt like the floors were dirty. I didn’t want to walk around the house with out socks on. The bathroom had hair all of the floor itself. Great location but had some disappointments.
