Ideal for quiet group stay but recommend access to car

Very nice house, spacious kitchen and living room which is ideal for a larger group. Two of the bedrooms are relatively small but there is sufficient space for a dresser/to be able to spread out your things a little which is handy. Two bathrooms is ideal for up to 7 people and there's a wee garden out back (although it rained most days we were there, it would have been ideal for a cuppa or evening drink). Access to a dishwasher, dryer, and washing machine was ideal for our trip. There is a SPAR around the corner that meant easy access to quick shop as needed.

The bunk bed was fairly inaccessible as the ladder is on the back of the bed and climbing up/down was a bit risky. Some of the dishes/cooking tools were not clean from the previous visit, so had to be cleaned first. The location is nice and quiet, but you are a fair hike from town if you don't have access to a car.

This property was in a great location and parking was available on site. We would recommend this property. The main bedroom had an ensuite and was spacious, but the other 2 bedrooms were small.

This property had many instruction manuals to do basic functions, such as heating on: showers on: and every tv.

We had a brilliant stay especially as we had 2 children aged 3 and 2, they had lots of space and an enclosed garden. The house was beautiful and well equipped. I would definitely highly recommend it to anyone and if staying in Derry again this would be my go to place.
