Great vintage home downtown. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to the University of Oregon campus with only a 6 min drive. Home has 4 bedrooms and lots of space that can accommodate both families and groups of friends. Large garage converted to game room with pool table, ping pong, air hockey and pop a shot! Enjoy the large backyard with outdoor seating, BBQ, badminton and cornhole. Walking distance to pickleball courts, frisbee golf course and bike paths!

My family was in town for the weekend and this house was absolutely perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room to accommodate us all and to provide several spaces for different groups to hang out and visit. The game room in the garage was a lot of fun. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend!

The property was exactly as described. Lots of room, and areas to hang out. The game room in the garage was a lot of fun and an excellent source of entertainment. The bedroom was very comfortable and the host communicated with us very well. The only negative thing that I could say was the pots and pans were lacking a bit and there was no brush to clean the BBQ.
