2. Located in a beautiful hillside neighborhood with Autzen Stadium views.
3. Fully renovated in early 2023 with USB outlets and kid-friendly amenities.
4. Memory foam mattresses and TWO living rooms with many entertainment options.
5. Outdoor space includes two decks, BBQ grill, hammock, outdoor seating, and a propane fire pit.
6. Each room has unique design touches and warm colors.
7. Dog-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with a pet fee of $20/night per dog.
8. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, spices, and cookware.

Note that this home is strictly a vacation rental and not available for events/gatherings. We love our house and our neighbors so only want to host respectful groups that will abide by the house rules on the rental agreement

We loved the location for exploring U of O and being close to trails was a bonus. We loved feeling like we were in the trees. The home is really cool, all around. And the beds/bedding were tasteful and clean. I’m a stickler for this because it’s a simple thing that makes a big difference. I thought the QR codes for explaining everything was also a cool way to learn about the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved the house. All of the amenities were amazing and the beds were super comfy!It was great being so close to the campus and communication with the host was fantastic.
