About this house rental

This is a newly remodeled and Modern, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house! Each bedroom has a queen bed, The mid floor and upstairs bathroom are both tub and showers and the downstairs features a shower, all bathrooms have toilets and vanities with sinks! The home includes two living spaces, each features a flat screen TV with cable, sofas and plush chairs for comfort. A stone countertop kitchen which has; two refrigerators, a glass stove, instant hot water, a dishwasher and Keurig with 10 complimentary coffee pods and an oven. The backyard features a large private deck and a spacious patio with fire pit and BBQ for cookouts and lounging; as well as a hot tub! Wifi is available throughout the house. Downstairs includes a washer and dryer and have complimentary washing machine pods. The Dining room table can seat 10! 2 car private parking is available at no additional charge. An air conditioner and heater is provided through forced air giving you a perfect environment no matter the season. No smoking is allowed on the premises.

Max is an outstanding host! He was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is in a lovely neighborhood and was extremely clean. In addition, the kitchen is very well stocked. If you are visiting in the hot weather, please know that the basement gets very cold when the air conditioner is on.

If you are visiting the University of Oregon, great location!! The owner was very responsive. We had to use all three floors for sleeping. The upstairs was very warm and nothing we did was able to cool off the bedrooms up there. Also, was disappointed that parking in front of house was limited to two hours during the day. We ended up playing musical chairs with the rental cars.

This home feels like home! We had family come in from out of state and we all met up in Eugene! From spending time out front throwing the football around to nights by the fire, it was perfect! Maxwell was readily available and quick to respond to all questions.

I'd highly recommend this house - everything was as described and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. It was very well stocked and we really appreciated all of the special touches including the towels for each guest folded on the beds and the water bottles in the rooms. We had a large group of family and friends stay here for the high school state meet. It is conveniently located close to Hayward Field and in the heart of Eugene. The bedrooms are comfortable and there are couches and space for more sleeping arrangements. Thanks for the great stay!

We have stayed this property for the last two years with our club volleyball team on tournament weekends. Its a perfect space to prepare meals and can sleep the whole team comfortably. The owner of the property is very prompt with any questions we had about check in. Thank you for another great stay!

We had such a lovely weekend staying in this home! The location is wonderful! Just blocks from campus. The layout of the home was wonderful for our family of 6, and the home is much larger than it looks from the photos. So much space for everyone to spread out, but we still enjoyed dinners together and loved the fact that we could park our car and walk to brunch, arenas, etc. Communication with the property manager was easy and delightful. We can't wait to come back to Eugene again and stay in this property!

Great house in the perfect neighborhood! Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were beautiful! Kitchen was big and everything was just clean and perfect! The 3 floors and a full bath on each floor make it easy to share the space with family and friends. The deck, hot tub and yard are so pretty. The neighborhood is quiet, residential and safe and walkable to all things UO. Can’t recommend this house enough! And the host, Maxwell, is so accommodating and communicative. So great!

Plenty of room to spread out over the five rooms and three levels…two nice indoor living areas and lots of kitchen and kitchenette space. Nice quiet walk 12-15 minutes to Hayward field. Three bathrooms! Parking spaces are tight but add a lot of value when attending an event. Thanks for a great stay!
