About this house rental
Summary:
Centrally located near the University of Oregon, with easy access to I-5. The home is located in a quiet, desirable South Eugene neighborhood with lots of room for indoor and outdoor dining and entertaining so you'll be able to bring your whole family. Home has a private fenced backyard with a covered patio, hot tub, gas grill and terrace garden. Bright, open concept great room with a gas fireplace and a well-stocked chef's kitchen.
The Space:
The House at Stone Crest is a spacious and comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home that sleeps 8 in beds and 2 on an airbed (if necessary). The master suite is located on the main level and has a king-sized bed, custom built-in closet, ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms upstairs have king-sized bed and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with one guest bath located upstairs. The living room/great room has a sectional with additional guest seating and a large TV. All bedrooms and the patio are equipped with TVs. The patio is set up for outdoor dining and entertaining and has a table, chairs, umbrellas, and a TV and a hot tub. Please note that events or parties of any kind are strictly prohibited and a noise ordinance of 10pm must be followed.
Guest Access:
The house is situated in a hilly neighborhood and there are many steps to the front door. There is a 2 car garage as well as street parking. House is accessible from the side and has only 2 steps in the back door, if many steps are an issue.
The Neighborhood:
The House at Stone Crest is located approximately 2 miles from the University of Oregon in the Laurel Hill Valley neighborhood in Eugene, Oregon.
Getting Around:
The house is easily accessible to I-5 and 14 miles from the Eugene airport.
Other Things to Note:
The house has an apartment attached to the right of the garage. There is one shared wall (in the upstairs queen size bedroom) but the outside space is separated from the apartment and noise from the apartment is not an issue. There is a parking space in front of the house that is dedicated to the apartment (it's in front of where the trash/recycle bins are housed). The way the house and outdoor is set up, it doesn't feel as though there is an attached unit.
**PLEASE NOTE: The home is in a family friendly neighborhood. Please be mindful of noise levels and when outside after 10pm our of respect for our neighbors.
