Elegant and bright two-bedroom apartment located in the very heart of Seville, in Puerta de Jerez, offering privileged views of the Torre del Oro and just a short walk from the city’s main landmarks.
As you enter, you’ll find a spacious double-height living room with modern decor, a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV with internet access, a dining table for four, and a balcony with exceptional views of the Torre del Oro. A staircase leads to a cozy loft area, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils you may need for a comfortable stay.
The sleeping area is located to the left of the living room. The main bedroom features a double bed, large windows, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, and large windows as well. Next to it, there is a second full bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is just steps away from Avenida de la Constitución, surrounded by restaurants, tapas bars, and local artisan shops. It is also excellently connected to public transport, making it the perfect base for exploring the Cathedral, the Royal Alcazar, and the Archivo de Indias.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Wonderful location. Walkable to the Cathedral, Alcazar and all of the beautiful areas of town. Each bedroom was in the back (so less street noise) and were good sized. Each also had their own bathrooms so good for two couples. Clothes washer is located up a flight of stairs and had a problem while we were there, but the managment was very responsive and scheduled a repair right away. Kitchen is good sized, we used the fridge and dishwasher but not the stove so we can't comment on that. The living area was spacious and comfortable as well. Would definitely stay here again.
