About this apartment rental

Elegant and bright two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Seville, in the iconic Puerta de Jerez area, offering unbeatable views of the Torre del Oro and just a short walk from the city’s most important landmarks.

Upon entering, you are welcomed into a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV with internet access, a dining table for four, and balconies with spectacular views. There is also a bright lounge area with a comfortable armchair, perfect for relaxing.

To the right is the open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils to ensure a pleasant and convenient stay.

The sleeping area is located to the left of the living room. The spacious and bright main bedroom features a large window and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Next to it is the second bedroom with two single beds, a wardrobe, and another large window. A second full bathroom with a shower is conveniently located nearby.

The apartment is just steps from Avenida de la Constitución, surrounded by Seville’s most iconic sights, including the Cathedral, the Royal Alcazar, and the Archivo de Indias. The neighborhood also offers a wide range of restaurants, traditional tapas bars, artisan shops, and excellent public transport connections.
