This spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is located on Calle San Fernando in front of the Hotel Alfonso XIII and with views of the hotel on one side and the gardens of the Reales Alcázares in Seville on the other. It is a perfect and privileged situation to get to know the city on foot.
Located in a tourist area and surrounded by the main monuments of the city. Once in the apartment you will not need transportation, you can visit all the monuments on foot such as the Cathedral, Alcázar, Plaza de España, Torre del Oro, Santa Cruz neighborhood, and Jewish quarter. Very close to the commercial area of Sierpes, Tetuán, and Plaza Nueva where the main commercial brands are found.Very well connected with the airport, train and bus station. Taxi stops and bus lines are 1 minute away. The airport bus also has a stop very close.

This apartment was so conveniently located and an easy walk to many of the places of interest in the center of Sevilla. The accommodations were very nice and just as advertised. We had two problems getting in 1. reliance on internet based information (we were required to watch a video that did not help because there was limited low broadband service) and 2. while we received a code for the box with keys at the door of the flat, there was no key available for the main door to the building. We arrived as it was getting dark, it was raining and cold. I don't know how we would have gotten in if it had not been for the fact that a tennant was leaving the building and she allowed us to enter. I hope these issues can be remedied because the location is excellent.

The hosts were very responsive any time we had an issue - replaced a broken kettle right away, came by to ensure air conditioning was working, etc. The location is amazing. Very walkable. Beautiful parks. Everything we wanted to see felt like a 15 min walk away. But the apartment itself is quite dated. Rugs and couches are worn and dirty. Could def use a paint job
