About this house rental

This beautiful three-story house is located at the iconic corner of Ángeles and Mateos Gago streets, in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, just steps from the magnificent Seville Cathedral.

Upon entering, to the right is the first bedroom with a double bed and windows facing outside, including a private bathroom with a shower.

Continuing down the hallway, stairs lead to the bright first floor featuring three balconies. This level includes the living room with two sofas, armchairs, and a Smart TV, the dining area seating 7-8 people, and a fully equipped kitchen for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The second floor has two bedrooms: one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bidet; the other with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The third and top floor, filled with natural light from large windows, houses the fourth bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This floor also provides access to a spacious private terrace overlooking Ángeles and Mateos Gago streets.

Located in one of the liveliest and most characteristic areas of central Seville, this home places you near a vibrant dining scene with bars and restaurants for every taste. Its unbeatable location allows you to explore the city’s main attractions on foot.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Right in the heart of the city and very close to the cathedral. Property company was excellent and very attentive. Well equipped and comfortable apartment with four bedrooms and bathrooms. Top floor terrace gave outside space too. Would rate as excellent except for some noise from the bar/restaurant downstairs but that stopped by midnight. Would go again.

This 4 bedroom very clean apartment in the Angeles Street area is spacious and has a well appointed lovely kitchen, nice bedrooms with bathrooms in each bedroom. Furniture needs some maintenance and updating, upper floor bedroom has an older carpet. The many stairs in the home would make it difficult for anyone who has mobility issues. Great location, very close to the Cathedral and Alcazar and great restaurants are just around the corner. Issue with our stay is the constant noise of the restaurant patrons and pedestrians close by. You will be awakened by the loud noise of the restaurant next door every day cleaning, recycling bottles, folding tables etc at 130 am and again at 7 am as a result of the distribution centre delivering supplies to restaurants. The distribution centre is just across from the apartment. If you are a light sleeper this location may not work for you.
