Excelente ubicación e instalaciones. Un apartamento muy cómodo, perfecto para alojarnos como familia. Muy bien decorado y con todo tipo de detalles. Con dos balcones a la calle muy agradables para leer o tomar algo al sol.

Location amazing property management very quick to respond we had an issue with the tub that was resolved "enough" but not 100% ....would highly recommend this place the beds were a little hard but that's just my taste

We rented a property in the historical centre of Cordoba. Amazing location, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a really lovely living room. However the AC wasn’t working and couldn’t be fixed during our stay. The owners relocated us to another apartment close by that was three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and outside of the main attraction area where the first was. The second apartment was fine but a bit of a let down after the first one. However, it was clean and had everything we needed and was only 10 mins outside of the historical centre. We liked the responsiveness of the owners when we had issues, however.

As I said, the second location was not quite as good as the first so a bit disappointing. With the extreme heat the building lobby also had an infestation of dead and dying cockroaches but I’m fairly sure that’s not a usual occurrence because there was no sign of them in the apartment.
