Excellent location. Apartment was really nice with everything we needed.

The stairs to get to the door and the high step to get through the door. It wouldn’t be an issue for anyone with no mobility issues but was a problem for my husband who has arthritis.

It was a lovely Stay!

I like everything about this flat. The Host, Haris, was very prompt and cordial with replies and hospitality. Love the bedroom very spacious and the bed was very nice. The TV looks small in the picture but it's a big TV and the sofa bed was very comfy to sleep and my kids enjoyed watching the TV. You can watch Netflix or Amazon prime etc. The toilet was clean with soap and shampoo, conditioner, clean towel, etc. Small kitchen area with cutlery, fridge microwave, etc. The whole flat got plenty of wall lights, too. There were complimentary croissants, coffee, and biscuits that we enjoyed. We all had a lovely time!! Doveston is just about 10 minutes away from this location.

Beautiful location, but the poor hygiene and maintenance of the apartment ruined the overall experience.

The location of the apartment is fantastic — right near beautiful spots in the Peak District, which we really enjoyed exploring. However, the condition of the apartment was very disappointing. While the area itself is beautiful, the accommodation was a big letdown. With a bit more care and hygiene, it could be a decent stay, but as it stands, I wouldn’t recommend it.

• The bathroom was extremely dirty and broken in several places. • Mirrors in both the bathroom and bedroom gave off a dizzying effect, which felt uncomfortable. • Most essentials were used and not replaced, including toilet paper and a worn-out dishwashing sponge. • The kitchen was unusable — poorly lit, dirty, and the microwave was filthy. • Floors hadn’t been cleaned — the wooden flooring was dusty and sticky. • No proper ventilation, which made the whole place feel damp and musty. • There were insects around, including bugs and daddy long legs. • The sofa bed was dirty, and we had to lay our own bedsheets to feel comfortable. • The dining area was cramped, with only space for two people despite three chairs. • It’s a basement unit with steep stairs that are difficult to navigate. • The entrance is cluttered with garbage bins, and parked cars block the narrow passage — be careful not to brush against dirt or trash.

Fantastic stay and host! Highly recommended!

Excellent property. To be honest more than we expected so it was nice suprise. It was easy to get keys, property was clean and owner even reach out to us before to explain how to get in and what was prepared and ask if we needed anything else! It was really nice. It was four of us so two people take bed and two took sofa bed which was comfy! Location was good as well and owner left the note of recommended places to eat nearby.

My only issue was mirrors. Both mirrors were showing stuff bigger in size. But that's just personal opinion.

Great stay for an out of town short stay/get away!

Flexible check in/check out times. Very cosy and cool. It was extremely boiling hot outside but very cool from the inside.

Convenient, clean, value for money.

The location was perfect for our purpose of visiting family in Saddleworth and Ashton. We enjoyed the freedom that the flat provided, compared with a hotel. The flat is well-appointed and modern and was spotlessly clean. Beverages (tea & coffees) were provided and the little extra of croissants was appreciated.

We found the main bed a little uncomfortable - too soft for our taste and the duvet was far too heavy for a basement flat in summer. We were surprised that in an otherwise well-appointed flat, there were no ironing facilities.

Another stay and would stay again. This flat is perfect for everything.

The kitchen only has a microwave, kettle and a toaster. So limiting what you can cook. Could do with a broom so you can sweep through.

Everything we needed. Excellent shower. Kind gesture leaving croissant & milk etc. Comfortable bed. Useful info provided by host.

Passable basement flat in good location

Well located, spacious. Near local pubs and restaurants. Nothing broken. Good size bathroom and bedroom.

Keys not available on arrival. Entrance to property dirty and untidy - very off putting, No hob or oven in kitchen, no serving utensils or kitchen roll - expect better attention to detail.

A pleasant surprise

The premises is a basement flat under a row of terraced houses. The bedroom & bathroom are very spacious & although no direct parking on site there is availability a short distance away. Fitting out was basic, small kitchenette as described but more than adequate for a short stay. It offered good value for what we wanted.

There was nothing we didn't like but we felt more storage in the bedroom for clothes/luggage would have been beneficial along with shelving in the kitchenette to optimise the counter worktop space & hooks to hang up coats

Comfy and cosy

Excellent value for money. Very cosy, clean and comfortable. Bedroom was a great size. Bathroom was also great. There were small welcome items such as bread, croissants for our arrival, as well as tea, coffee and sugar. Everything that we needed was provided. The small living area was a great place to relax at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again.

The steps down to the flat are extremely steep, with no handrail. My husband has had back surgery, so this was a concern. We were advised to park on the main road, however this did not seem like a sensible idea, so we parked on the small drive, which worked great. The kitchen could use some additional storage for things like cutlery. A socket near a mirror would be a great idea.

Stayed here multiple times for work. Very clean and spacious, bed was really comfy! Really nice place to stay.

Only negative I can think of is the stairs down to the property could do with a hand rail... Was a bit treacherous when icey.

A wonderful little apartment, great for a short stay.

Location was perfect for our needs. Apartment was spacious, comfortable and again perfect for an overnight stay. Bedroom was huge, could have put an extra double bed in there with ease !

The lighting on the steps down to the property isn't good, being solar they're out by 11pm this time of year so going down the very steep steps wasn't easy.

První dojem nebyl nejlepší, přijeli jsme promočení, unavení a šli jsme kamsi do podzemí do malinkatého obýváčku. Zahřáli jsme se a najednou jsme si všimli pěkných obrázků na zdech, přečetli jsme si pěkně zpracované informace o okolí i doporučení restaurací a děti ocenily on-demand televizi. Ložnice je obrovská s velmi příjemným kobercem. Moc dobře se nám spalo, byl zde absolutní klid.

Kuchyňský kout neměl žádný vařič (pravděpodobně naše chyba, nekontrolovali jsme podmínky) a chyběl jakýkoliv nůž.
