Flat near Peak District

Quirky basement flat. Loved the vaulted ceilings, large bedroom & comfortable bed. The flat was modern & stylish with everything you could need. Plus extras like tea, coffee, milk, & croissants. The bathroom was modern with a large walk in shower, with towels & toiletries provided. The kitchen area, though small, was well equipped with fridge, kettle, microwave, air fryer & sink. Just outside the flat there are lovely canal side walks. It is within easy walking distance of 2 lovely pubs, and driving distance to some pretty villages. On street parking was available within couple of minutes walk. Would definitely recommend & would use again

It isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues as very steep steps to it. The shower could do with a mat as is very slippy VERY minor issues

Great location. You can access the canal path or the old railway path within a very short distance. The flat was clean, tidy and well presented. The steps down to it are steep so that might not suit some. Bathroom has a pump (macerator) that runs when using toilet / shower which will be a familiar noise to some and unfamiliar to others.

The property is well presented clean tidy a credit to the owner kitchen was well fitted out, air fryer microwave fridge clean tidy bathroom awesome shower the bedroom is massive

There was nothing not to like only thing missing was a TV in the bedroom if I was being picky

Location,tea and coffee and some croissant on arrival was a nice touch

Unlit steep steps for entrance and exit Loose toilet seat,only one teaspoon Limited heating available
