Avoid like the plague! Its not very nice, the pictures do not show true picture.

There was not anything to like about this property Apart from check and out was easy and could park outside

Very scruffy, tired and in desperate need of updating. The pics in the listing looked nothing like what it was actually like. It stank of stale cigarettes. Couldnt get any hot water or heating on and so wasnt able to shower, had to go to a friends to shower. And so we was also absolutely freezing at night, travelling with children so this was not good. The kitchen still had all the plastic cellophane on cupboard’s and so was half hanging off which looked awful. In the listing it had a blind in kitchen for privacy, but there was a piece of black and white rag half hanging off a curtain rail that only came two thirds down the window so no privacy at all. The beds were uncomfortable, the shower was awful when we did actually get hot water. Do not use the towels in fear of anything like make up accidentally getting on there, or they will charge you £10 per towel out of your security deposit. The area is not nice, there were crowds of men hanging around at top of road , we didnt feel safe there. This place needs some serious tidying up! The pictures do not show what it truly is like! For the price they charged, it is far too expensive for what you are actually getting

Great weekend

I loved the set up of the lounge area, very snug and cozy. The size of the bed in the master bedroom is amazing... That was suprising.

The water pressure from the shower was very low and it would cut out if a tap or toilet is being used elsewhere.

This was my second time to stay in the place. I appreciate the host for messaging that I could have an early check-in.

There's nothing to dislike really. All the facilities are there. The previous review was right about the downstairs TV but the TV upstairs was just fine.

Lovely home stay

It was near the place I needed to be. Host was responsive with my queries. The rooms were clean. The photos do reflect the property that I stayed at.

I just noticed that the shower pressure was not too high but not really a big issue.

The whole property was nice, and comfy, we enjoyed our stay and will be booking again in the future.

Just the tv 📺 was abit of a nitemare in the living room the picture kept jumping but not a major issue.

Disappointing

How close it was to my place of work

No gas on the property so had to travel home firt night and spent 3 hour trying to get gas for the second day only to find no gas third night

Weekend visiting family

Easy parking, Great tv choice which made the kids happy, internet, clean and lovely and warm on arrival. Very quiet, Massive bed in the main bedroom. Local shops - so great when you forget milk for coffee. Owners were easily contacted and helpful.. Everything you needed without being inconvenienced at all..

We didn’t dislike anything, it was great value for money, but If we had to recommend anything we would have liked to improve the stay, it would be a couple more towels so we didn’t have to bring any, a couple of wine glasses rather then just champagne flutes, a blind behind the curtains in the smaller bedroom and perhaps a small tv in the main bedroom.. however we would stay again when we next visited..
