A great location for walks and not far from other areas to visit. The barn is fabulous and very dog friendly too. Comfortable, peaceful and unique. The host is grand and informative. We've stayed twice and look forward to returning soon. 10/10

Spacious property, comfy living area & beds, in a quiet location. Dog-friendly.
Minor things: A low level light on the steps outside the property would be helpful when arriving/returning in the dark. Would also have appreciated a pint of milk in the fridge on arrival. We arrived via Saddleworth Moor and didn't notice a shop between the Tesco in Greenfield (ca 10-12 mins away) and the property.

Good location, modern facility.
Kettle was not working, shower water pressure very bad, shower floor was a safety hazard didn’t have non slip surface. Steps down to entrance where steep difficult to negotiate with baggage especially for seniors as we were.
