Nice apartment and good value

Nice sized apartment with good facilities.

Opposite a grave yard, which did not bother me, but was a concern to my wife and we think it should be on the description of the property for those who care about such things.

The location is relatively quiet, in a calm residential area of Paris. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station, and there are many supermarkets and bakeries nearby.

– Strong, persistent smell throughout the apartment, especially in the living room – Visible mold on the balcony wall and inside the washing machine – Dirty floor on arrival – our socks turned black; we had to clean it ourselves – Damaged electric kettle (broken lid), generally poor condition – Host entered the apartment without informing us in advance – Apartment directly faces a cemetery, which is not visible in the listing photos

Great stay, perfect location with easy on street parking for ideal short stay in Paris.

Main bed could be a little more comfy, sofa bed very comfortable in comparison. More toilet paper for longer stay.

Apartment was good according to the price. The house owner was decent and kind.

The apartment was clean in general except the mattresses. They didn't smell clean and there were no cover. The couch in the living room wasn't comfortable to sleep well. But it works.

Jesteśmy zachwyceni Paryżem, a z mieszkania w Bourg-la-Reine byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Mieszkanie jest czyste i przestrzenne. Jest też w spokojnej, cichej okolicy, 15-20 min pieszo od stacji RER B (bezpośredni, szybki dojazd do centrum Paryża i do sieci metra), trochę szybciej, jeśli się wsiądzie w autobus po drodze. Niedaleko można znaleźć piekarnie i supermarket (5-10 min spacerkiem od mieszkania). Okolica ładna (ładne domy). Można dojechać pierwszego dnia o każdej porze, co jest dużym udogodnieniem. Właściciele odpowiadają szybko i rzeczowo na maile w razie pytań. Chętnie skorzystamy jeszcze raz z tego samego mieszkania, jeśli będzie okazja. Miłym plusem jest ekspres do kawy z małym zapasem dobrej kawy, który czeka na gości.

Tylko takie drobne uwagi: trochę więcej kubków w kuchni do zaparzenia herbaty i mały zapas worków na śmieci by się przydały, bo nie chce się specjalnie kupić rolkę worków po to, żeby raz wymienić worek w koszu. A skoro jest kawa i cukier na miejscu, kiedy dojeżdża się w środku nocy, mały zapas czarnej herbaty (a nie tylko zielonej) dla gości z Polski czy innych krajów, gdzie pije się herbatę, byłby też dużym plusem w dniu przyjazdu.

Trés agréable

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour sur Bourg la reine l'appartement était très confortable et très bien situé par rapport au centre-ville et aux diverses commodités . Après des journées bien remplies sur Paris nous avons apprécié nous retrouver dans ce petit cocon.
