Small and nice.

The appartment was mostly clean and was very good equiped in the kitchen for all my needs. There is a big Carefure supermaket 3 min walk. RER station 5 min walk. When I had a problem the owner came fast and helped.

The apartment have no space to sit and rest, eat or write .... Just a very small banch with stols. Minimal in space for a solo traveler.

Nice location, good value for money

The location is close to a metro station and to one of the exhibition centers. Parking is available, but it has work hours - 8:30 - 21.

The apartment is on the ground floor and it is a bit moldy. It wasn't impeccably clean. Towels were a bit wet when we arrived. At 6 pm on the day of our arrival, I received no answer to my message on booking for 40 minutes and also the owner didn't pick up their phone, which was a bit worrying.

Location very near to Orly airport, market near home and other market near RER station. RER station only 10 minutes far by walk. Heater room very confortable, bathroom very good. All very clean.

Need more shelves for clothes in bathroom and bedroom and in kitchen too.

Doesn't merit Superb rating.

The room was fine. Everything seemed clean enough. We were able to access the RER station pretty easily.

The location was rated superb. It did not measure up to that highest level. Across the street was a garage door with graffiti. We saw some other graffiti in the neighborhood. We did see many people as we walked who did not appear creepy so it was hard to size up our surroundings. No towels like swans as in the picture, not that it is so important, but the booking was for two and we were left with one bath towel, one hand towel and one washcloth to share. The confirmation indicated that cleaning supplies would be provided, but there was no laundry detergent to go with the washer. Since clothes have to air dry, we were disappointed to delay doing laundry until we bought detergent.

wonderful little apartment close to Paris

The apartment is nicely decorated, everything is new and very functional. It is for 2 persons max as indicated in the description. the apartment faces a little interior patio so it is very quiet. the bed and pillows are extremely confortable. It is 10 minutes walk from the RER and 50m from a commercial center with huge supermarket. The owners are lovely, very helpful and flexible and easily contacted with quick answers. 100% recommendable.

Petit mais cosy et hiperfonctionnel

Bon contact en amont. La courette est un petit plus ! Bien situé : un super marché à proximité, à moins de 10 minutes à pied du métro, des restos... Très propre et super équipé malgré sa petite taille ! Merci pour tous les condiments, qui nous ont aidé à cuisiner 😁

Les veilleuses des appareils électriques qui empêchent de dormir, si on les débranche pas... Des multiprises au niveau des chevets permettraient de ne pas choisir entre lumière et recharge du téléphone 😉 La VMC de la douche mériterait un p'tit coup de nettoyage. Ça contraste avec le reste de l'appartement incroyablement propre.

Ambiance cosy

L'appartement est très agréable, beau et très bien équipé. La literie est extrêmement confortable, l'ameublement est chaleureux et les équipements électroménagers sont de qualité. Je suis réellement séduit de cette excellente prestation. Excellente communication avec les hôtes de l'appartement; les consignes données à chaque étape du séjour sont claires et concises.

emplacement idéal à proximité de la maison des examens studio calme et bien aménagé très propre wifi gratuit et bon débit autonomie d'arrivée et de départ appréciable informations transmises au bon moment carnet de voyage envoyé par les hôtes très gentils

local poubelle dans la cour devant la porte avec un monticule le jour de l'arrivée chauffage qui ne fonctionnait pas dans la partie chambre, un peu de fraicheur à l'arrivée mais heureusement le radiateur du couloir fonctionnait pour tempérer le logement.
