About this house rental
ASK FOR THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PLACE BEFORE BOOKING, IT'S PREFERABLE, YOU NEVER KNOW :)
4 people max ( 1 single bed, feasible for an adult, but more for child - teenager )
- NO sleeping on the sofa in the living room
Before any description, I open a parenthesis beforehand in all sympathy:): If you come to my house to notice a stain here, a twig there or a little bit of dust lying around, don't come. It's a country house, obviously clean, very pleasant, with the necessary comfort. As a traveler myself, if I move to a place it is for work reasons or (and) pleasure to discover the places around, or the city, or others. Certainly not to burden myself with superfluous details by making an inventory of the place in which I am not going to spend my life but only a few days, because I will be passing through. I close the parenthesis :)
Place offering a relaxing stay on the edge of Paris. You will enjoy sitting in the garden and appreciating the small courtyard side. Pleasant walks, especially to the University City with its park and possibility for sports, ball, and others (google University City). Enjoy the capital. The house is located 3 minutes walk from the RER Gentilly RER B south station bringing you in about twenty minutes to the center of Paris Station les Halles, passing through the stations St Michel, Denfert-Rochereau.
ACCOMMODATION direct from GARE DU NORD, direct to ROISSY Charles de Gaulle airport.
For ORLY, simple change to another fast train at the RER B station south ANTONY direct to ORLY or for the house if you come from ORLY.
From the LYON STATION, direction ST GERMAIN EN LAYE, only 1 station after change at CHATELET LES HALLES for RER B south direction ST REMY LES CHEVREUSES/MASSY-PALAISEAU (check on the signs that the RER stops at GENTILLY ..:). You can also take bus 57 to discover a part of Paris, which will drop you off 5 minutes from the house.
Also METRO:
-- Mairie de Montrouge station line 4 / twenty minutes walk
-- Bicêtre Hospital station line 14 / twenty minutes walk
A food store at the RER station provides all amenities.
On foot:
- A bakery is about 2/3 minutes away.
- At 10/15 mn you will have several different shops in the LA VACHE NOIRE district ( see google).
- At 9 mn, an outdoor market open Wednesdays from 1 pm to 5 pm and Sundays from 8 am to 1 pm ( google : green riding hood )
I would have loved to put you in pictures of the screenshots to show you how to get to these places but surprisingly and unfortunately the site seems not to accept them. I will send them to you without any problem when you arrivePGJyPg
NICE AND WARM ACCOMMODATION where you will have something to read novels and comics, listen to music, a channel is available, at a decent volume for the neighborhood of course. You are "homestay" in short :), at my place. Thank you in advance for respecting the place, for leaving what you will see or consult. In any case, it is with pleasure to welcome you there!
A TV SCREEN is on site with HDMI cable
INTERNET ACCESS OK
IF YOU BOOK, It is good to tell me how many people you will be, so I can organize in advance for your arrival, if you will only use a double bed for example.
All photos indicate the spaces available to you.
There are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, one of which also has a single bed 80/180.
BATHROOM you have towels provided as well as sheets and storage space is available.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN
We look forward to welcoming you,
handing over the keys in person, answering your questions.
On the day of your departure, you can also collect the keys in person. You will need to inform me of your time of departure before you arrive at the venue
