Comfortable apartment refurbished combining modern style with the charm of the old 3 minutes walk from downtown and shops. Quietly located opposite a park. Bathroom with walk-in shower adjoining the bedroom (140X190 bed) overlooks the garden. Beautiful kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, LV, LL ... open to the living room. Living room with convertible sofa (160 X 200), TV, internet. The toilets with hand basin are independent. Shared garden with the possibility of barbecue.

The apartment was great for our time at the Olympics. Well appointed with everything you might need. They also brought us a fan due to the heatwave.

Out stay was very pleasant. We felt welcome even before setting foot in Paris. The owner gave us all the necessary information prior to the trip and then provided us with directions on how to best travel from the airport. They also made the corresponding arrangements to have someone available to welcome us to the apartment because our flight arrived late in the evening. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. It was very clean and the kitchen was fully furnished with everything we required to cook our meals and then some. It was also equipped with a washing machine which came in handy for us because our stay was over one week and we were traveling light. The beds were both big enough and very comfortable. With regards to location, it is far enough from the hustle and bustle of the Paris city center after long sightseeng days yet close enough to be, at the most, 25 minutes from all the main attractions. We're so grateful for the bottle of wine the owner gave us. It was a real treat! I highly recommend this apartment, and we will definitely be going back there on our - hopefully soon - next trip to Paris!

This was a great little flat on the edge of the Paris arrondissements located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The train is just a quick 5 minute walk. There are a number of Boulangerie, food markets, and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was spotless and comfortable equipped with everything you need. The owners meet you and were absolutely delightful, helpful, and even let us practice our poor high school french! Would definitely stay again!

This apartment was perfect for us a couple. It is very clean, updated and quiet. It is only a 5 minute walk to the RER station, so we could get into the heart of Paris very quickly in the mornings. We slept so well, and it was a very quiet and safe neighborhood. Our hosts were so communicative, and really made us feel at home. We highly recommend staying here if you are wanting to visit Paris!

We absolutely loved staying at Jean-Louis and Isabelle's place! It's such a short walk from the RER station, great for accessing Paris and the surrounding areas. The neighborhood was lovely, very safe area, even walking around at night (there were three of us, but I would have felt comfortable walking by myself at night as a female in her 20s). Loved the boulanger across from the train station! The bed was comfy, even the sofa bed. Jean-Louis and Isabelle were great hosts. They were very friendly and willing to work with us on check-in and out. They're great at communicating and even had a welcome croissant waiting when we checked in! Overall a great experience with them. Would love to stay with them again!

I stayed at Isabelle and Jean-Louis' place for 3 nights. The apartment is recently renovated and spotlessly clean. Very quiet neighborhood with very easy access to city via RER B. Station is in 5 min walk. Host is very nice and friendly. Easy communication via phone and text. Grocery, bakery, markets nearby. I highly recommend the place and we will definitely come back in the future.

Isabelle was great and very accommodating. She was not present, but her friend and neighbor was there to walk us through everything in detail. Apartment is as advertised. About 7 minute from Cachan station RER B which takes you into the heart of Paris. Otherwise you’re looking at a 17-30 euro Uber depending on time of day. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a 8-10 minute walk. Over all we were very comfortable here for 4 days.

This is a fantastic apartment with lovely owners. It is 1 bedroom but easily accomodated our family of four (2 adults and 2 teenagers) in real comfort. It is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The flat is only 4 or 5 minutes walk to the train station, a 15 minute train ride to central Paris and less than an hour to Disney. My wife and daughter enjoyed this place so much they didn't want to come home. Should we be in Paris again this would be the flat for us.

Enjoyed our stay in that apartment - everything we needed was there. Max 4 people. 5 minutes to rer trains. 15 minutes to the centre of Paris by train. Very convenient. Supermarket is 5 min walk. Parking is always available. Would love to come back.
