The Gables Cottage

We’ve stayed at this cottage twice already, my partner Eugene and I, and each visit left us with a deep sense of comfort and genuine warmth. Marius and Natalie are truly wonderful hosts — from the very first moments they create an atmosphere of sincere hospitality and heartfelt care. They are so charming and attentive that you instantly feel not just like a guest, but like someone they are genuinely happy to welcome back. Our second stay was especially meaningful, as we came here to celebrate my birthday on July 4th. Once again, we were amazed by how thoughtfully and almost family‑like they treated us. As a birthday gesture, they kindly offered us a few extra hours after the usual check‑out time, which was incredibly touching and allowed us to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere a little longer. The cottage itself has a special magic. It’s cozy, beautifully arranged, and filled with a sense of harmony that embraces you the moment you walk in. Everything you might need for a perfect, restful stay is right there. Behind the house, there is a sizeable garden with a barbecue area surrounded by stunning nature — an ideal place to relax and breathe in the fresh air. But the most remarkable thing is the energy of this home. It feels so warm and welcoming that within just a couple of hours you start to feel as if you’re in your own space. And after spending time here, you leave feeling completely recharged — both in body and in spirit. We are sincerely grateful to Marius and Natalie for their kindness, attention, and exceptional hospitality.
