Spacious modern house. Good food in Aaron lounge. Lovely efficient staff.

Very minor issues: key didn't work, fridge very small, house overshadowed by trees so need lights on during the day in order to read

The house was great, lots of space, very comfortable. Great to have the space of a house and the self catering option but also the facilities of the hotel, we had the breakfast buffet over at the hotel a few mornings, which was lovely and really good value. Everyone enjoyed the pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub. The hotel is beautiful, there were two wedding’s happening while we were there. I booked into the spa one the days, it was lovely.

There isn’t an awful lot else to do in the local area, we were there for 6 nights, maybe 4 nights would have been enough.

No hot water in one of our houses so they had to use our house

Location was great. We enjoyed having access to the swimming pool and play area for our son. The bedding in the house was clean and fresh. Mattresses were comfortable. Resort house was spacious and private.

The resort house we stayed in wasn't cleaned prior to our arrival. Suite of furniture in living area was fco ered in stains and had a fleece blanket thrown over it which was also covered in stains. Kitchen splashbacks were grubby and there were a lot of cobwebs and dust in the bedrooms. There was a lack of proper cookware, pan was tiny and saucepans were small. Microwave table didn't rotate on use either. No hoover provided. Only one tea towel and dishcloth provided for 5 night stay. Many of the sockets in the walls were loose. No proper instructions for use of the tv, and what was provided was outdated. There were a lot of dead insects scattered throughout the property and it lacked a touch of tlc before our arrival.
