House was lovely and clean with comfy beds, whole house was spotless with ample supplies in kitchen...crockery cooking equipment etc . House was lovely and warm .
Lack of seating was an issue for us Only 2 arm chairs , island chairs and hard dinning chairs not ideal when you want to hang out with your friends chatting and catching up A smaller dinning table and a couple of more lounge chairs would have been lovely .

Amazing stay in beautiful property
Had a fabulous stay at Oakville. House is gorgeous and so close to Bray and the seafront. Hosts Nikki and Niall were so welcoming and made everything perfect for our break away with our mum. ☺️

Fantastic place to stay with comfy rooms and lots of space. The pictures don’t do it justice. Awesome, friendly and helpful hosts. Would love to stay again.
Parking was a little tight but mostly because we were in a van. We managed no problem.

Fairly central to the town short walk nice quiet area secure parking house was gorgeous finished really nice. Hosts and locals were lovley great craic down in the town any amount of good pubs and restaurants highly recommend

This is a beautiful B&B and I would strongly recommend it.
Wonderful accommodation. Hosts were friendly and extremely helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again when revisiting Bray. The only problem with our visit was parking but that seems to be a problem all over Bray and in Dublin.
