地理位置还算方便，有免费的停车位。客厅和阳台非常宽敞舒适。洗烘套装干劲，方便。厨房设施齐全，干净。
客房里的沙发床质量一般，人会陷在中间。电热水壶加水位需要注意不能多，否则很容易溢水。每次只能烧半壶。主卧套房是全敞开式的，如果不是夫妻或者伴侣，可能在洗漱/如厕上会有不便。

The apartment is spacious and includes a lovely terrace where we enjoyed the beautiful Aix weather. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, even a dryer for our laundry! Close to everything yet far enough away to be quiet.
The parking garage was difficult for our large rental car. Very tight, but that is not unusual in Europe.

Emplacement parfait, a fortiori pour le 70.3 d'Aix. Grand appartement, lit principal excellent, très grand, propre, agréable. Flexibilité des horaires possible, merci encore. Vraiment superbe adresse pour notre séjour sportif sur Aix.

房间是原来业主住了好几年了，现在做出租公寓，原来业主的东西都没有搬离，房间里面的被子、枕头都是用过的旧床单，也不知道有没有清洗。 厨房用具都是很旧的，感觉很不干净。房间有蚊子。
