Come and discover the charm and comfort of our air-conditioned apartment with its beautiful large terrace and its ideally located car park, a stone's throw from the historic centre of Aix en Provence. You will be close to the main tourist sites, such as the Town Hall, Saint-Sauveur Cathedral and the prestigious museums of Aix.

Located in a peaceful and charming street, this neighbourhood offers the perfect balance between tranquillity and proximity to the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Just a few minutes' walk from Cours Mirabeau, you can enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the Provençal markets, explore the local shops and savour the flavours of the many cafés and restaurants.

Our air-conditioned accommodation has a parking space equipped with an electric charging station (included in the price).

It comprises 3 bedrooms, one with a study area (160x200cm; 140x190cm and a 120x190cm sofa bed).

There are also 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

A travel crib and high chair are available for babies.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a bean-to-cup coffee machine.

The living room is comfortable and has a video projector that serves as a television.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels).

On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):

- Washing powder and cleaning products

- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel

- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)

- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Our terrace offers an unobstructed view and is perfectly equipped for your meals with a plancha grill available.

The accommodation is equipped with a noise monitoring device. It is a ‘Minut’ system for noise control, occupant count and smoke detection.

Our accommodation is pet-friendly.

The neighbourhood is well served by public transport, making it a convenient base for exploring the region, from the hilltop villages of the Luberon to the calanques of Marseille.
