About this house rental
Charming house in a secure residence in a quiet area. Ideally located 15 minutes from the Aix en Provence TGV station, 25 minutes from Marseille Provence airport and 4 km from the center of AIX-EN-PROVENCE. Swimming pool equipped with a swimming pool against the current and balneotherapy and security alarm.
On the first floor:
- an equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room including, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, induction hob.
- a pantry in the back kitchen comprising: a washing machine, dryer, central vacuuming, fridge and pantry
- a dining room
- a living room with 2 sofas and armchairs + tv/hifi and piano
- 1 separate toilet
Upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Bouble bed 160x200 cm. Lift-up bed and headboard + Large built-in storage cupboard (wardrobe, shelves and drawers)
Bedroom 2: double bed 140x190cm. Large storage cupboard (wardrobe, shelves and drawers) + a desk
Bedroom 3: Convertible double bed 120X190cm. Storage cupboard with shelves
- a bathroom with bathtub and double sinks (hairdryer and soaps)
- a separate shower room
-1 separate toilet
-Air conditioning upstairs.

For access to the pool, even if the pool is equipped with an alarm, parents or any other adults are required to be particularly vigilant with regard to children.

Hosts were welcoming and eager. The house was comfortable and clean. However the owners personal effects were ever present and for a rental might be better be minimized. Location was great if travelling about the area as it was near to the highways but for travel into the city (Aix ) a car was necessary. The house itself was in a secure gated setting.

Property owners and their daughter and son-in-law were very helpful with this booking, as I speak very little French. The property was perfect size for me, my wife and another couple. Great location that was close to Aix and grocery stores. Easy in and out from the highway with little traffic. Hosts were very accommodating and kept in touch during my 6 week stay to make sure that everything was ok and to make sure I didn’t need anything. Perfect for a weekend and great for long term. House is well equipped with all the essentials for your stay.
