About this house rental
Ideal house for holidays 5 minutes from the center of Aix en Provence!
It can accommodate 7 people in a quiet area in the Aix countryside, with a private swimming pool (6x3.5 m, depth 1.30m), garden, tent for an aperitif and a large terrace to share moments with family or friends :-)
The house (130 m²), of traditional construction, is air-conditioned and equipped with 4 bedrooms (2 on the first floor and 2 upstairs), a bathroom on the first floor and separate toilets. Upstairs, you will have a shower room and toilet. A large kitchen (large stove, 2 ovens, dishwasher, refrigerator...) opening directly onto the terrace, can accommodate you all. Also on the first floor, a dining room with lounge and a TV room to rest, or read. BB equipment available (bed and high chair on request).
The house is equipped with solar panels and a heat pump.
Ideally located, you will be close to all the tourist sites (Marseille, cote bleue, Les Calanques, Bandol, Cassis, Avignon, Les Baux de Provence, Luberon...) with easy access to the motorways. You can also visit Cannes or Nice (1 hour 30 minutes) and Montpellier (1 hour 30 minutes). Shops also nearby (less than 5 minutes by car)

Fantastic villa with excellent amenities. Lots of space and though there were neighbours the villa is very private. 4 well sized bedrooms, one with an en-suite, many lovely sitting and dining areas inside and outside. Main tv has a streaming service. There’s loads of things in the villa that make the stay fun and easy. Jean Jacques and Patrick were very helpful. Great stay
