Beautiful house in Aix-en-Provence, ideal for a stay with family, friends or professionals, 10 minutes from the city center of Aix, 30 minutes from the beaches, 5 minutes from the TGV station and 12 minutes from the airport...
Come and relax in this beautiful bastide of more than 150 years, completely renovated with taste, combining authenticity and modernity. You will be charmed by its beautiful Provencal façade and its magnificent plane tree at the foot of the house.
We wanted to respect the place by keeping some stone walls and exposed beams.
On the first floor, you will find a living room, a dining room and an open kitchen, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, a large bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and a spa bath, as well as 3 large bedrooms, one of which is about 20 m².
Outside, a large well-equipped terrace (dining area, parasol, armchairs, swing...) as well as a large garden with olive and fruit trees. The electric entrance gate is shared with the neighbour. Non-smoking house, no pets inside but allowed in the garden.
