It is a beautiful apartment bang right in the heart of amazing Aix

The location of the apartment was unbeatable. The apartment was well equipped for making your own meals etc. The interior design was also very nice.

Nothing.

The location of the property was excellent. Right on the Cours Mirabeau plaza, with shops and restaurants right at the bottom and the local train station a very close walk. There is a Monoprix just a few doors down if you want to buy groceries and quick meals to prepare in your room . I however just took advantage of the restaurants and local boulangeries and markets to enjoy the atmosphere and have meals. Its such a relaxed walkable city. I was there during the recent heat wave so the air conditioning in the unit was a real Godsend!

Only a couple of things that could maybe be improved but not deal breakers. It would have been more helpful if my driver had a code to lower the bollards at the road entry to the Cours Mirabeau when i first arrived. As I watched in subsequent days cleaners, workers and market stall keepers come along with codes, I wondered why this couldn’t happen. It’s not that easy rolling bags over cobblestones when you are quite tired and have been travelling all day. I was also disappointed that the balcony door didn't open. I contacted the owners hoping they might come and fix it, but we didn't end up connecting.

Location.

Not accessible by car! Learned that we can asked for access for a reason! Group of 7, travelling with a lady of 91 years old. Should have been part of infos provided to incoming Customers! Air conditioning system not powerful enough for the Space ! Didn’t comment on staff. Only saw housekepper once. Unit was cleaning and nice when we arrived. Thank you Laurence and Yann 👍🙌🙏
