About this apartment rental

Beautiful, luxury, air-conditioned country house with 3 bedrooms and 2 sofa beds in a large living room, bathroom with walk-in shower, and a large terrace—just a 10-minute walk from Cours Mirabeau. Parking for 2 cars on-site. However, no guests not included in the reservation—I don’t want any neighborhood issues or late-night noise. So no parties with loud music, except for Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve—as permitted by law—or small, quiet gatherings with family or friends. Thank you for your understanding. Otherwise, I look forward to welcoming you. See you soon.
