Spacious, luminous, spotless, well-appointed, quiet, ideally located, nice shower, good air conditioning. It was perfect, as far as we are concerned. There are three levels in the apartment, one step up to the living room, three steps down to the bedrooms; with small children, this might be a concern. And it's on the third (top) floor, no elevator, which might bother some. But these factors did not affect us at all, so : perfect.
Some regular foam pillows would have been a big plus, as well as a bedsheet to use instead of the rather warm and heavy duvet.

The location was excellent, close to a supermarket and very close to several restaurants, yet in a really quiet street. We were 5 mins stroll from the Cours Mirabeau. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, not only with cooking utensils but also with extra things like sandwich bags and baking foil.
We could have made use of a few more mugs.
