Le Chastel, T3, Aix Centre Ville

This is the second year we have rented this apartment. It's a large 2 bedroom apartment - sparsely furnished has everything you need. It has all the essentials in the kitchen. It has a nice bathroom with shower only. A/C in both bedrooms and the dinning living room area. A wonderful location. Highly recommended. For people with cars (like us) we parked in the Carnot parking garage, and it's a 5-10 minute comfortable and easy walk to the apartment via a main street (rue d'Italie) with lots of grocery, bakeries, restaurants, and other stores

The only caveat (which is fully disclosed by the owners) is that you need to go up three levels of pretty steep stairs. We are both in our 70's but managed fine, but you need to be able, and willing, to climb with your suitcase etc.

The unit is specious and clean. It has everything we need for 3 nights. The host is professional and always available when needed.

There are 50+ steps to clim to reach the unit.

Perfect location and a great host. The place was well equipped, clean and air conditioned.

We had multiple heavy luggage so the stairs were challenging initially.
