so so, value for money

-Price -For clothes washing I got the answer quickly

-Collection of keys from far away from a lock box on the road/another street, somewhere, nothing to do with the property -It was too cold in the apartment, I sent message on Saturday to find heating solution but no one ever replied till today -Apartment is very cold -Toilet tissues were not enough -Hand wash soap was finished -In bathroom shower hanger was broken -Bathroom doesn't have exhaust fan, we needed to open the window in the bathroom which makes the apartment colder while it is already very cold -I checked out 1 days earlier at 9 AM (on 24 Nov instead of 25 Nov) but no one bothered to reply for a refund -Iron is there in the apartment but iron table is missing, not sure how to iron without table -Lift not there in the building, difficult to go to 3rd floor specially if one is not young or healthy -One glass of the bedroom window was broken, we were not informed about this which made us worried as we should not get unnecessary blame for this

La situation géographique, le confort de la literie et la luminosité de l'appartement.

L'odeur d'égout de la salle de bain, la boite à clé situé à plusieurs centaines de mètres avec des valises ce n'est idéal, la serrure de la porte d'entrée qui croche et fonctionne mal, pas de chauffage dans les chambres, poêles non adaptées aux plaques inductions. Bouilloire remplie de calcaire et cassée, Vaisselles insuffisantes surtout avec un lave vaisselle.

Appartement sale à notre arrivée (sols, vaisselle grasse, couverts encrassés) De plus, pas d'électricité à notre arrivée, le disjoncteur du chauffe eau est HS, nous avons signalé dès le 1er jour, le contact était "navré" et n'a fait intervenir personne, apres plusieurs relance, derniere nuit passée à l'hotel car plus d'eau chaude. Humidité dans les chambres bien que nous aèrions tout les jours. Du bruit toute la nuit chez les voisins du dessus et du dessous et le quartier est mal famé... Je déconseille vraiment... Le seul point positif était la TV piratée avec toutes les chaines gratuites, mais cela ne suffit pas ... Je ne comprend pas que des personnes puissent louer ce genre d'appartement.

Appartement agréable avec quelques améliorations possibles

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, idéalement situé, joliment décoré et fonctionnel. L’espace est agréable et bien aménagé.

Quelques améliorations pourraient rendre l’expérience encore plus confortable : un équipement de cuisine plus complet (ustensiles, verres, bols, torchons, presse agrumes etc), un entretien plus poussé sous les lits et le canapé, ainsi que quelques ajustements pratiques (serrure difficile à ouvrir, chauffage non fonctionnel, poubelles supplémentaires). Avoir le numéro de l’interphone serait pratique car il n’y a qu’une seule clef. Mettre à jour le guide avec le bon emplacement de la boîte à clef. Si jamais une personne n’a pas internet cela peut poser problème car la communication se fait le jour j par WhatsApp. Malgré ces petits points, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et remercions l’hôte pour son accueil !
