Comfortable, budget accommodation, close to metro and city

Had everything I needed, was comfortable, value for money with plenty of parking

The building is a bit shabby , doorways have had multiple locks and don't look very secure . The main bedroom is arranged to look nice but that means the door doesn't close

Horrible stay. Place was disgusting and unclean.

If I could rate this property in the negatives I would. I was thoroughly disappointed with what I encountered when I got there. To begin, when we first arrived we could not find the parking space they wanted us in. As we were looking for the keys a lady had came up to us, questioning us for trying to open up the lockbox and saying that we are not allowed to be here and she was going to call the police on us as this is an illegal booking site. That was the first red flag. The second red flag was that as we got into the building it smelt like cigarettes and was very musty. We then got into the place for it to be completely dirty. None of the beds were made, the towels from the previous visitors were still there, there were dirty tissues in one of the bedrooms, there were dirty dishes, the stove top had crumbs all over, garbages full and fecal stains left in the toilet. To summarize, the place was not clean for us at all after we had gotten messages saying the place was ready for us to check in and there was a sheet of rules listed for us that we needed to follow. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and maybe that’s because of my negative experience but we had originally only got there at 9pm and were tired from a whole day of travelling and then had to try and contact Booking.com for help to try and find us a new place to stay. We ended up having to spend more money to stay in a hotel so that we had a place to sleep for the night as we were flying the next day and lost the money we spent to stay there that night. I hope for the people that have this place already booked luck and a better experience but I will never recommend this location to anyone. If I could share all the photos I took, I would!

Manager of property was very helpful in all ways...he went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fixed our little hiccups we encountered....even after hours!!

Block out curtains in single bedroom and lounge room would be good idea and a fan available for those hot days/nights would be beneficial apart from these 2 little things place is very comfortable and suited our needs...very handy to train line to was bonus.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Property

Booking this property was the worst decision of our trip. Despite being listed on Booking.com, it failed to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. The electric shower—a fundamental amenity—did not work for two full days. Despite reporting the issue and the host visiting to confirm the problem, no resolution was provided. Additionally, the check-in instructions were unclear and misleading, causing confusion with keys and mislabeled taps. Several appliances, including the cooker, microwave, and kettle, were non-functional due to dead power sockets. Guests should not have to troubleshoot basic power issues while on vacation. The promised “Bay 6” parking was unmarked, leaving us to guess and worry about incorrect parking. Communication from the host was delayed and dismissive, with responses coming late at night and lacking any urgency or empathy. The overall experience was frustrating, poorly managed, and completely lacking in hospitality. This property is not fit for listing and certainly not for international guests expecting a minimum level of comfort and care. Booking.com should take responsibility for allowing such a listing to remain on its platform. I strongly urge potential guests to look elsewhere.

A really good property in a location that’s easily accessible to Glasgow city centre.

Excellent location and close to the station. Easy access to Glasgow city centre. Good safe and very near parking. We had an issue with the TV and the Wi-Fi that was very quickly answered with a visit.

The bedroom door wouldn’t close as the bed was in the way. It needs less furniture in the room. Other than the electric shower, the pressure on the hot water was almost non existent.

A clean, comfortable flat in a convenient location

We had a lovely stay at the Spacious 2 Bed-Flat in Glasgow City. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is also great—only 10–15 minutes by bus to the city centre, and the bus stop is just around the corner. If you prefer walking, it’s about 40 minutes. There’s a small local market just 2–3 minutes away, and bigger supermarkets like Lidl and Tesco Extra are around 12 minutes on foot. Everything was perfect—thank you for your hospitality!

Great stay

Spacious and clean appartment, they had all necesitties you need for comfortable stay. Kichen was well stocked and cooking was a delight. The appartment is out of center in a quiet neighbourhood only one stop from main station. And it is absolutely no problem to get to the city at any time with train. Train station is only 4 minutes away on foot.

The huge place for the group which we can able to do by ourselves wothout thinking other guests.

I guess the door one of the room coz it was stuck by the bed though it is understandable.

War in Ordnung für unsere 3 Nächte zu dritt, schöne Aussicht auf den Park und mit der Bahn ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum, zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten.

Keinerlei Haken für Handtücher im Bad. Geschirr war mäßig sauber. Stellung der Möbel hätte besser gelöst werden können (in dem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett musste man das Bett verrücken, um die Tür schließen zu können).

L’appartement était très propre et confortable, parfait pour un séjour d’une semaine.

Il manquait quelques objets de première nécessité comme des éponges ou encore le manuel d’instruction des radiateurs qui, étant un peu vieux, sont assez difficiles à prendre en main.
