Not habitable. Left after first night. Manager said he’d “do his best” for us to refund unused nights but no response wh

The place was disgusting. Nail clippings behind doors. Hairs in the bed. Fluid stains on walls (looked like blood) and headboard. Mouse turds. The last of a joint under coffee table.

Great central location

Very central to city centre. Ideal location for us to attend a funeral in Balornock. The apartment has a great layout with everything you'd need. Greg's in Springburn Shopping Centre 2 mins away for the breakfast bap & coffee.

The letterbox/flap could do with being fixed/replaced. Easy for anyone to peek in. Security risk.

Ease access to apartment and free parking facilities. Mostly used the apartment just to sleep at night.

Old property. Found bugs and spiders the day we enter. Lacking ventilation.Floor stays damp. Very basic amenities in reality whereas photos in site looked vibrant.

Never recommend to stay

The cleanliness is terrible. The bedsheets have blood and other dirty things and the sofabed is smelly. The building entrance has a strong urinary smell.

It’s a spacious apartment with average conditions. The property manager is quick to respond.

Train station and bus stops are nearby. There are pubs and fast food restaurants right across the street.

Hot water pressure is very low.

Not a flat you would consider to rent to holidaymakers.

Could park directly outside for free. Bed was ok and clean.

Property was very dated and shabby. Cooker was filthy and thick smoke and smell when used which stuck on my clothes and hair. Strong smell of cannabis when bedroom windows were open. Windows very difficult to open / shut. Didn’t even think the kitchen window was going to shut as seemed broken. Concerning as opened wide and someone could easily have climbed in. Said provided toiletries were a minimal amount of Asda essentials. Got by for a night but very glad not to be staying longer. The photos did the flat justice.

Lovely flat, great location.

Location and parking were great, the flat was nicely furnished and comfortable.

The flat was very cold when we arrived, no heating was on at all. Heated up lovely once switch on Lack of cleaning supplies ie kitchen roll and antibacterial spray. No hairdryer or blankets

Aceptable no repetiria.

El apartamento estaba reformado y tenía todo el menaje, electrodomésticos etc... y todo en perfecto estado. Con Wifi y Netflix y demás plataformas.

No nos dejó entrar al apartamento ni un minuto antes de las 16:00. Nos dijo que podríamos ser penalizados. Me parece poco flexible. El apartamento está mal insonorizado y es muy ruidoso. La urbanización muy bien, pero los alrededores peligrosos en mi opinión.

Esta muy bien para ir en coche. el apartamento estaba bien si vas 4.

El sofá cama, de lo peor que he visto. La segunda noche tuvimos que dormir en el suelo. No recomendable para más de 4. Faltaba secador de pelo. El entorno muy sucio. Demasiado apartado.
