Good location close to the train and bus stations. Check-in was easy and helpful, I liked that there was staff to help during business hours. Room had good space, and was clean and comfortable. Kitchen access was also nice (you'll need to have your own cutlery, etc.).
The wifi system was a bit weird, it uses the same portal as other accommodations in Scotland, so while you should be able to use the same login info, it was hard to access again.

The room was very confortable. The bathroom is really nice, and so was the bed! Two persons bed. (Small flat without a kitchen). There is a common kitchen if needed, with a toaster, a micro wave, a kettle, an oven and fridges. But no cutlery or pots and pans :( !!! As it is normally a student accomodation, students usually bring their own stuff. But as someone on holidays there, it means you won't have anything to properly cook! You need to know that beforehand.
The kitchen, it's not like a hostel where you can cook a simple meal. You can heat something in the microwave or keep something in the fridge. That's it.

It's definitely value for money and 10 15 min walk to town centre
The only downside was it's in the process of being refurbished which i wasn't aware in advance but it's only a temporary thing was the only reason I didn't give 10 but I'm positive when all work is done it will be an easy 10 out of 10

The location.
There's no wastebasket in the room. Not even a hairdryer or soap. The curtains did not work properly.
