Great room but a little shame about the kitchen!

The room was very confortable. The bathroom is really nice, and so was the bed! Two persons bed. (Small flat without a kitchen). There is a common kitchen if needed, with a toaster, a micro wave, a kettle, an oven and fridges. But no cutlery or pots and pans :( !!! As it is normally a student accomodation, students usually bring their own stuff. But as someone on holidays there, it means you won't have anything to properly cook! You need to know that beforehand.

The kitchen, it's not like a hostel where you can cook a simple meal. You can heat something in the microwave or keep something in the fridge. That's it.

It's definitely value for money and 10 15 min walk to town centre

The only downside was it's in the process of being refurbished which i wasn't aware in advance but it's only a temporary thing was the only reason I didn't give 10 but I'm positive when all work is done it will be an easy 10 out of 10

Rude receptionist and no toiletries but otherwise adequate facilities

Private room with comfortable bed with en-suite bath, elevator, (paid) laundry facilities, quiet at night, grocery store next door, close to bus station and local transportation

Lovely staff and nice place to stay

The staff were so lovely and very helpful they went above and beyond.

The only thing that worried me was the fact the curtains of the room didn’t close fully, which would be fine but due to building works on the building this meant the workers would have been able to see into the room, thankfully I was there for the weekend so no work took place.

There's no wastebasket in the room. Not even a hairdryer or soap. The curtains did not work properly.

Very cheap and now I know why, it’s a shell of a room with no facilities whatsoever.

Lack of facilities in room - no hand wash, no bin, no tea/coffee making facilities Pictures on line did not remotely match the room I was given No hangers in wardrobe No ironing board and had to get the iron from reception Building work outside my room, I was woken by drilling sounds from 9am, I work in the evenings so needed more rest in the mornings

Good stay

I used to be a university student so got used to this kind of environment. Didn't have any issues. Spacious room, reliable WiFi, clean bathroom. Would definitely return to this place if Im in Glasgow again.
