Умови дуже комфортні, є балкон на якому можна зранку й ввечері провести час, кондиціонер стояв на кухні, це мені сподобалось, в спальні немає шуму й не дме з кондиціонера, все потрібне є. Wi-Fi на відмінно! Гіпермаркет через дорогу.
Місце жваве в плані транспорту.
