Excellent apartment in Saranda

The host is very welcoming and friendly. The apartment is more than excellent, it is well equipped, very clean, has everything you need for a perfect stay. Beaches, shops, restaurants and promenade are 10-15 min walking distance from the apartment.

First a BIG THANK YOU to the super Cimi for everything he did to make our stay an unforgettable experience in Saranda. Cimi is the best host you can ever meet. Honest, responsive, welcoming and super friendly, he is always ready and keen to support. Cimi is full of information and always available to share valuable advices to make your stay a memorable experience in Saranda, so don’t miss this tremendous opportunity. When we first arrived, Cimi and his lovely son were waiting for us outside and took us to the apartment that we have booked (a sparkling clean and fully furnished apartment with a very nice courtyard nicely decorated with lights and flowers) that exceeds any of the expectations, not to mention the welcoming gift, an extra virgin olive oil bottle and a home made ice coffee along with candies. An exceptionally warm welcoming experience that you might not expect even in some of the 5 stars hotels as a preferred customer guest. We have spent 04 amazing nights at Cimi’s property which is very close to every center of interest in Saranda (very nice beaches, the city center & etc..) within a walkable distance. Cimi is a role model host that I highly recommend. Definitely we will come back again to Saranda and stay at Cimi’s property.

Superb

Cimi is a very accommodating, helpful host. He gives you tips on how you can make your holiday in Saranda pleasant beyond the well-trodden tourist routes. The accommodation is very clean, the beds are comfortably padded. Everything needed was there. In the yard in front of the apartment children can play well. We also enjoyed having breakfast here. Barbecue is also possible. The nearest beach can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.

Cimi is an exceptional host and friend. He was always there to help, to give advice on where to see and what to see, where to eat and what to eat, and he did his best to make our stay in Saranda really great. The apartment is more than excellent. It is well equipped, very clean, has everything you need, even a washing machine if someone wants to wash things from salt. The yard in front of the apartment is a hit. With a grill, tables and chairs, yet big enough for children to play freely. All in all, if we come to Saranda again, we will definitely go to Cimi again. All recommendations.

Olive tree appartment was the best choice for us.

We had everything what we needed. The apartment is very well equipped. We could cook even in the oven. We also had a washing machine in the bathroom. There was hot watter whenever we needed. We loved the yard in front of the apartment. It was a great and safe place for our children to play. There was always a pleasant sea breeze in it even if there was heat everywhere. We could be sitting there during the whole day. Cimi is a very nice person, who was always there when we needed. Our son had stomach problems. Cimi took us to the hospital and he was entertaining our son while he was getting the nutrients until late at night. We are very thankful because of that. The apartment was in a very quite part of Sarande but at the same time quite close to the centre. The beach was really a few minutes far from the apartment.

Pleasure to be there

Everything was great. Clean, have everything you need in apartment. Beach is 2 min from the door. We bring our dog who enjoyed in the yard and have no problem to bring dog to the beach or anywhere else. Our host is there for everything to make your staying perfect. We came as guests and went like best friends or even cousins.

Cimi is a wonderful host who goes the extra mile to make sure guests are well. The apartment is litererally 2 min away from the beach and there are several nice restaurants around. WiFi works like a charm and you've got all the necessary stuff in the apartment.

Abbiamo amato l'accoglienza di cemi persona estremamente pura e buona! Sempre gentile sempre sorridente e sempre disponibile a dare i consigli migliori su come e dove muoversi! Per noi è stato un vero punto fermo in questa vacanza oltre ad essere una persona estremamente piacevole da conoscere! L'appartamento era completo di ogni comfort pulito e ben organizzato. Non lontano dal centro e dal porto di sarànda ma comunque in una zona lontana dal caos. Vicinissimo alle spiagge sia libere che attrezzate! In casa troverete anche un ombrellone! Ristoranti bar e supermercati nelle vicinanze! Wi fi lavatrice asciugacapelli e ferro da stiro tutto perfettamente funzionante! E la vista mare dal balcone era il contorno perfetto!Se dovessi ritornare a sarànda io tornerò sicuramente qui!

Familienurlaub in einem schönen Apartment

Cimi ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, es ist fast so als würde man einen Freund besuchen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich mit eiskaffee empfangen und für die Kinder gab es ein eis. Während des Aufenthalts war er jederzeit erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit. Man sieht deutlich das er es liebt Gäste zu empfangen und gibt sich größte Mühe. Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr gut gelegen. Diese ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in die Fußgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften läuft man 2 min und zum Strand sind es auch nicht mehr als 3 min zu Fuß. In der Unterkunft hat man alles was man benötigt, es wurde uns ebenfalls ein Videoüberwachter Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Preis Leistungsverhältnis und können Olive Tree Apartment wärmstens empfehlen. Wir danken unseren Gastgeber für den schönen Urlaub.

Wszystko mi sie bardzo podobało . Właściciel Çimi bardzo miły życzliwy cudowny człowiek, bardzo pomocny . Pomoże we wszystkim doradzi. Mieszkanie lśniło czystością. Klimatyzacje 2x bardzo czyste. W mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne . Byliśmy 9 nocy i spędziliśmy je bardzo fajnie . W mieszkaniu bardzo cicho . Polecam każdemu z czystym sumieniem . I napewno tu wrócimy. Poprzez dużo pozytywnych komentarzy nie miałam obaw zapłacenia Çimiemu za cały pobyt przed przyjazdem . Możecie wpłacić zadatek przed przyjazdem bez obaw . Dzięki niemu poznaliśmy Polaków małżeństwo- Sebastiana i Karolinę którzy są tu stałymi bywalcami mieszkali na dole w mieszkaniu i spędzaliśmy z nimi bardzo miło czas. Stała komunikacja z Çimim to najważniejsze.
