Only slight issue was that I didn’t have access to WiFi when I arrived so couldn’t communicate with host. It would be nice to get the instructions the day before. Maybe a lockbox?

A good choice

The apartment was comfortable and had everything you needed. Daniel made frequent contact to ensure everything was OK and was very helpful with restaurant suggestions.

Shower pressure was quite low but manageable. A lot of noise in the area particularly from a dog barking all night. Earplugs are a must!

Good place to come rest after a long day.

Its a spacious apartment with a huge double bed in a bedroom and two big sofa beds in the living room. There is a big mudroom shared with another apartment. Its like an entry secured with a main locked door for the strollers, ironing board, getting your bags out etc. Very useful. The apparent itself is very light during the day and has plenty of space to move around or work out in the morning. Also cute balcony but the view temporarily ruined with some kind of construction site beneath (looks like a dug out pit with litter) however right next to it a nice home garden area with lemon trees and roosters. The suckers cry from 4 to 6am every night. The place is in walking distance from the center and has supermarket in the building. Further down the Main Street a few local home-food restaurants. The area is not exactly touristic with bunch of diy settings in balkan style to get the authentic vibe. Just like most of short term rentals place has a very nominal kitchen: a fridge, stove, plates and cups. But don’t expect the comfort of full time cooking. Knives, veggie peeler, any of cooking utensils, cutting board or even a medium quality pot and pen are missing making you to explore and eat out with locals. Nevertheless its a good place to rest after a long day. Plenty of storage and drawers for clothes and stuff. Big mirror in each room. Forget the wall-art, thats a matter of personal taste :) The bedding and towels were white, nice and clean. Tile floor everywhere, cooling in hot summers I suppose,, in April we had to wear slippers around the house without a single carpet. Elevator works with a key, it was a puzzle for checking out, cuz we were instructed to leave the keys inside, but as 2 grown ups with kids we managed to take stuff down first.

Walking distance to the center of the apartment. The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, with balcony and air conditioning. There is a market just below the building. Everything was very good.

Very nice apartment clean and so big with Wi-Fi and everything what we want near the center,the supermarket was very close at first floor and restaurants was between the building. The building was and with new Lift too.Free Parking at the street and very close with a beach just 3 minutes by walk.

Everything else was good, starting from conatcing daniel and meeting his dad, he is a really nice person, he helped us, and daniel is kind, we liked our stay at his apartment and we are glad to meet this family, highly recommended

The elevator wasn't working, and my mom was with me so if you are young and can go with stairs and don't have a problem with this, so it's not a problem

good place to discover beautiful Sarande

it's a quite big apartment with a terrace. It's 10 minutes walk from the center so you are very close but you are not in the middle of everything. It's a 3rd floor without elevator in a quite old building but the apartment is new and very confortable. The owners are really helpful and kind. parking is available in the street for free...even it was in the middle of august it never was a big difficult to find a place.

Great apartment, very clean and hosts were very friendly and great at communicating. Supermarket right underneath and opens till late so was very handy

The apartment is clean and spacious.

The area is a bit run down, the apartment is overlooking a bus parking slot and a trash pile, the elevator is not working, shower has a very low pressure and there are those super cheap bulbs that give almost no light with that blu-ish kind of shade that makes the place not very cozy. I mean, overall it is ok, livable, but nothing incredible, doesn't feel like the host cared at all. There was not even salt in the kitchen! I mean, no one travels with their salt and it's only 20 Leke, it just feels like they couldn't care less. And we only found it out in the morning, so I had to skip breakfast :( In comparison with my other experiences staying in apartments around Albania this one is rather mediocre.

The apartment is wonderful! It is spacious, a lot of sunlight and very clean and tidy. Daniel was a wonderful guest! It is located in the 4-th floor of a building, 10 min walking distance from the center. In the first floor is a big supermarket. The apartment has everything you need to spend some days in Saranda. Highly recommend!

Daniel è un ragazzo professionale ma allo stesso tempo cordiale e disponibile. Mi è piaciuto il suo modo di trattare con i clienti rispettando però la privacy. L'appartamento è molto grande, e mi è molto piaciuto il balcone. Se cercate uno spazio ampio e tranquillo dove ad esempio dedicarsi alla lettura, è l'ambiente che fa per voi. Apprezzatissimo il supermercato alla base dell'edificio!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Daniel. Le logement est fonctionnel avec un très bon wifi. Seulement à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et de l’arrêt de bus pour aller à Ksamil. Il y a même un supermarché en bas de l’immeuble ce qui est vraiment pratique. Nous recommandons

Dogodna lokalizacja

Obiekt jest w dogodnej lokalizacji. Mieści się na 6 piętrze.Na dole w tym samym budynku jest supermarket. Blisko stąd do portu i plaży. Można zaparkować pod blokiem. Z właścicielem był bardzo dobry kontakt. W mieszkaniu było czysto i było tam wszystko co jest potrzebne.

Velikost bytu a čistota.

Na majitele jsme čekali hodinu, v obývacím pokoji uvolněná dlažba o kterou jsem si rozřízl nohu,výhled na skládku odpadu a bezdomovce. Problém s parkováním.

L appartamento si trova Vicino alle attrazioni principali , lungomare, spiagge , sotto c’è un supermercato per fare la spesa , parcheggio gratuito. Spazioso giusto per una famiglia attrezzato di tutto non manca niente . Pulito gli asciugamani erano bianchi e profumati. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile .

Bon rapport qualité prix.

La proximité du centre ville. Le supermarché juste en bas de l’immeuble. La pasticeri dans la rue pour goûter des spécialités albanaises ! Le balcon pour étendre du linge. La propreté du logement. La taille du logement.

Il manquait quelques couverts (2 cuillères pour 4) et quelques pinces à linge à remplacer car cuites par le soleil... mais rien de bien grave !La vue n’est pas très jolie mais nous sommes peu restés dans le logement...
