Obiekt dobrze położony - do deptaka w sarandzie ok 1 km, blisko dużo sklepów i restauracji. Mieszkanie duże czyste posiadające podstawowe wyposażenie kuchenne. W mieszkaniu cicho, nie słychać hałasów ulicznych, dobry kontakt z właścicielem.
Brak podstawowych przyborów toaletowych- brak mydła w kuchni i w łazience, o szamponie nie wspominając. Brak dywanika łazienkowego. W kuchni też wyposażenie bardzo ubogie - wszystko wyliczone na liczbę osób - 3 kubki, 3 talerze, 3 komplety sztućców. Brak ekspresu do kawy i ręcznika papierowego do wytarcia chociażby rąk.

Sakin bir yerde, markete yakındı. Merkeze yakın yürüme mesafesinde. Temizdi. Balkonu keyifliydi.
Klimadan çıkan su balkonu ıslatıyor. Ücretin nakit alınması şehirdeki harcamamızı kısıtladı. El sabunu gibi ürünler evin içerisinde bulunmuyor.
