The Location was away from the busy center.
The room was well maintained with a high spec.
The host was delightful, helpful and provided a warm welcome with recommendations for shopping and restaurants.
It's extremely secure and easy to access from the street.
It was a room without a sofa so you could only sit on the bed. I thought I had seen a sofa in the pictures.
There's no microwave or anywhere to cook but plates and cutlery are provided.
The walls are super thin. If you have amorous or argumentative neighbors you will hear everything!

Ilfane and her husband were so nice.
They cleaned our room / tidied it when we didn’t ask them to, just out of the kindness of their own heart. They also checked the drains very quickly as they were really eggy smelling and they sorted it. She even left us grapes in our room which was sweet. The place was very clean and tidy.
Ilfane was really lovely but her English was limited so a lot of the communications were through the app to her son who is in Norway.
We had a very hard time checking in, the address on booking.com booking confirmation was different to the message they sent us with the address on. We arrived, spent £20 on a taxi for it to be the wrong place- completely different side of town, then have to get another cab for £20 to the other side. Directions weren’t clear - our taxi driver had to speak to him in Albanian to figure out where we was. We also got to the room and there was no balcony like in the picture, they wouldn’t change us rooms. I think what we paid was over priced for a small room, no balcony and no view. They also claimed ours had a Mountain View when it was definitely a city view - which was just the side of another shabby building.
Our booking picture had an image of a balcony with sea view, this needs to be changed if someone is booking a Mountain View / city view room then there should be no images of any balconies.
