Honestly the automatic door but the host was very helpful

The layout and decor were great. Nice choice of colours and materials. Very nice appliances. Great bed and pillows. The balcony was a nice feature also. We enjoyed the restaurants on the street as well.

Dropping off luggage early could have been easier. Communication for this had its challenges. Not a big deal in the scheme of things though.

The apartment looked exactly like the pictures which is why I am not adding apartment pictures. The apartment was immaculate. All amenities listed in the booking were present except there was no sofa bed. The apartment is best for one person, couple or a family with one child. The entrance door to the apartment was a little tricky at first. It is a magnetic door, and I could not get out. I emailed the host. She immediately responded, came over and instructed me on what to do. As there were instructions included in the host instruction book, I was clearly not the first person who had this experience. But I appreciate the hosts immediate response. The apartment has a new appearance with modern appliances. I am short so would have appreciated a step stool as the cabinets were high. I also would have appreciated more cooking pots. That might not be an issue if you don't plan on doing a lot of cooking. But I like to cook. There was only one small and one medium skillet. I would add one more of each. There is only one apartment on each of four floors so no neighbors. The apartments were all occupied but the building was very quiet. The apartment is centrally located to the Congress if you are attending a conference which I was. The Congress is literally a five-minute walk. The area is very safe, a ten-minute walk to the LX Factory which is a mall with many lovely shops. I indulged in purchasing jewelry. A Lidl is also within a ten-minute walk. There are wonderful restaurants around. My favorite was Food Craves around the corner. The food was fresh, well prepared, delicious and the staff was wonderful. Transportation to any part of Lisbon or surrounding cities is plentiful. I used the bus, tram and metro without any difficulty. Anyone would enjoy their stay here.

De locatie was na even uitzoeken prima, om de hoek stopte de tram en bus dus makkelijk via OV reizen. Er zit ook een kantoor van Carris dus daar konden we een Navagante pas kopen en op laten laden met een 24h ticket. Genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt.

Het appartement was niet klaar bij aankomst. Het parkeren van de auto viel erg tegen. Er stond in de straat parkeren, maar dat was onmogelijk, te druk. Na even rondrijden hebben we wel een parkeerplaats gevonden in de buurt, waar de auto veilig kon staan 3 dagen. De host kwam ook even na 3en en legde uit waar we konden parkeren en was verder erg vriendelijk.
