Esta bien distribuido a pesar de lo Justo que esta para 4 personas
La puerta de acceso le falta seguridad, la cerradura cierra solo con un pestillo y tiene juego debería mejorarlo.el sofá cama no es cómodo

Hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes en la zona, y la estación de bus/tranvía que lleva al centro de la ciudad y a Belén está muy cerca. Se puede parquear el coche en la calle, es bastante seguro.
El apartamento, aunque moderno, está descuidado y mal mantenido. Las fundas del sofá cama, el colchón del sofá cama y uno de los cojines estaban cubiertos de manchas de suciedad. La cocina tampoco estaba muy limpia, la tostadora y la nevera tenían restos de comida y el contenido de los cajones estaba muy desordenado. Finalmente, aunque éramos 4 personas, solo dejaron 3 toallas. Lamentablemente, no lo recomiendo.
