El apartamento está al lado de una carretera, no concurrida pero por las noches suele haber un poco de ruido

Das Appartment hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Bad und Balkon/Terrasse. Eines der Zimmer ist in der ersten Etage und kein abgeschlossener Raum, was aber nicht störend ist. Das Appartment war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Es wurde immer direkt geantwortet. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einige Sehenswürdigkeiten konnten von dort zu Fuß erreicht werden. Der Bus 760 ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen und fährt direkt in die Altstadt. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen Mini Markt. Das Restaurant Jubel hat uns gut gefallen. Recht unscheinbar aber einfache, leckere, portugiesische Küche.

Check in was easy with a code. The apartment is very spacious & modern. 3 ACs keep it cool during the hot summer. Plenty of natural light enters. There are some grocery stores very close by. Public Parking is also accessible in the area by looking around a bit. Property manager was easy to contact & came to help with the difficulties that we faced.

One of the bed broke down. My mother is elderly & was sleeping on it. Thankfully no harm was caused but it did put her in great risk. The foundation of the bed doesn't seem strong. Next day, when we tried to use the toaster, the house got power cut. Seemed like it used too much voltage. That same night there were some neighbours in the same building who partied all night with loud music & we didn't sleep well. In the toilet of the bathroom on the top floor, there's some yellowish stuff that keeps coming even after flushing. Not pleasant as well. The property management fixed the bed & replaced the toaster very quickly. That was appreciated. I was expecting some form of compensation but none was given unfortunately.
